TNB Night Owl – Twitter Comic-Con Fun

On Saturday afternoon Twitter blessed us with another hashtag gift…

#RejectedComicConCostumes

For those living under a rock for the past 50 years, Comic-Con is an annual gathering celebrating comic books and their collectors that started in San Diego in 1970 as the Golden State Comic Book Convention. Approximately 150,000 people attend this 3 day event, many dressed as their favorite comic book hero or science fiction characters. Some are Amazing and some are truly awful.

Now even though this years Comic-Con is not for another week yet, (July 19–22) people on Twitter like to spoof things at random anyway.

Here are some highlights from the Trending Hashtag I found particularly entertaining.

Superheroes

Packing Supplies?

Star Wars

Pets

No Dude No!

Cos-play?

Uh… Wow!

Question of the night: Have you ever dressed up for, or even been to a Comic Convention?
