And then,

And then,
Thank you San Diego County for defending the rule of law and supporting our lawsuit against California's illegal and unconstitutional 'Sanctuary' policies. California's dangerous policies release violent criminals back into our communities, putting all Americans at risk.

7 San Diego News reported on the 17th of April, that the San Diego Board of Supervisors voted to join the DOJ lawsuit against the state of CA, the vote was 3-1 in favor of joining the lawsuit.
As The News Blender reported also on the 17th of April, the Supreme court, in a 5-4 majority decision, invaliding a provision of federal law that allowed for the deportations of immigrants who have been convicted of some “crimes of violence.”
And then,
Governor Jerry Brown announced he will deploy “up to 400 National Guard Troops” to do nothing. The crime rate in California is high enough, and the Federal Government will not be paying for Governor Brown’s charade. We need border security and action, not words!

According to the Sacramento Bee , the deal is unchanged:
Despite public criticism from Trump, who wrote on Twitter on Wednesday morning that Brown was “trying to back out of the National Guard at the Border,” the terms of the deployment have not changed from Brown’s original announcement.
