According to the OIG Report, which may be found in full @ The News Blender, page thirty-five of said report had this to say,
“First, with regard to his claim of having told Comey that he had authorized the disclosure, Comey stated precisely the opposite in his OIG interview, and the chronology and circumstances then existing (as described above) make it extraordinarily unlikely that McCabe did so and that Comey would simply have agreed after the fact with McCabe’s disclosure and thought it was a good idea. As detailed above, the overwhelming weight of evidence supported Comey’s version of the conversation and not McCabe’s.”

Comey writes in memo two “Dinner at the White House” that President Trump expressed concerns regarding Mike Flynn, later in memo four, “Homeland Threat Briefing” President Trump states that “while Flynn did nothing wrong talking to Russia, he had to go, because he misled the Vice President.
On December 1st, 2017, as reported by CNN News, Michael Flynn entered a plea deal, pleading guilty to lying to the FBI and at the time was cooperating with the Mueller Investigation.

Oil prices reversed gains and dipped early on Friday after U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted that oil prices are “artificially very high” and “will not be accepted”, the day after the price of oil reached its highest level since the end of 2014.
Oil Price.Com points out that,
Trump’s comments also come on the day on which energy ministers from OPEC and their Russia-led non-OPEC partners were meeting in Saudi Arabia to discuss the state of the oil market.
