Vice Premier Liu is expected to arrive on Tuesday to start the second round of trade talks between China and the United States.Vice Premier Liu’s team arrived on Friday to prepare for this weeks talks that are scheduled to run until Saturday.

On Saturday in the neighborhood near the Paris Opera, a man armed with a knife attacked five people, wounding four, two seriously, and killing one.
Hours later after the mass stabbing, the Islamic State claimed responsiblity.
François Molins from the Paris Prosecutor’s office, which is in charge of all terrorism cases confirmed via The New York Times, the attacker had shouted“Allahu akbar,” Arabic for “God is Great,” during the assault.
The suspect, who was killed by French police shortly after the attack occured, was a naturalized French citizen born in 1997 in the Russian republic of Chechnya, a French judicial official said on Sunday. His parents have been taken into custody for questioning.

CNN is reporting that a confrontation between Palestinian protestors and Israel forces have left fifty-two dead, another 2400 reportedly injured. This is the largest clash between the two groups since the protestors gathered along the border fence between Israel and Gaza began more than six weeks ago.
