Three Federal Judges have each ruled separately that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appointment is Constitutional.
U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, thirty-seven page ruling. The ruling was issued May 2018. Judge Jackson will preside over court proceedings in September when Paul Manafort appears in D.C. court for his second trial on bank fraud, tax evasion, with an added charge of failing to register as a lobbyist.
U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis, thirty-one page ruling. The ruling was issued in June 2018. Judge Ellis is current presiding of court proceedings in Virginia, where Paul Manafort is being tried on charges of bank fraud and tax evasion.
U.S. District Court Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell, ninety-two page ruling. Judge Howell, issued her ruling in response to a person trying squash a grand jury summons on the grounds that special counsel Robert Mueller’s authority wasn’t constitutional.
The News Blender — Vice President Pence announced the first step in creating a 6th branch of the U.S. Armed Forces by 2020 called “Space Force.”

CNN — The move against Turkey comes as the U.S. and Turkey fight over the release of Pastor Andrew Brunson who is awaiting trial in Turkey for allegedly being a spy. Brunson was moved to house arrest last month Trukey’s government citing health reasons, for the move.
