WBAL tv Channel 11 is reporting “several fatalities and injuries,” following a workplace shooting that happened Thursday, in Aberdeen, Maryland.
The incident occurred at 9:09 a.m. eastern time at a “Rite Aid Distribution Center.”
The Baltimore Sun is reporting that three people have been killed.

Harford County Sheriff confirmed the shooting occurred via tweet.
We can confirm there was a shooting in the area of Spesutia Road and Perryman Road. Multiple victims. The situation is still fluid. Please avoid the area. Media staging area still TBD.

During a briefing in which officials took no questions Harford sheriff, Jeffery Gahler confirmed multiple wounded, multiple fatalities, and the shooter is in custody in critical condition at a local hospital. He does not believe there is another suspect. No shots fired by officers. Also speaking in the press conference was County Executive Barry Glassman, he told reporters he updated the Governor. He thanked the first responders for their quick action. None of the officials confirmed the number of victims nor the gender/race of the shooter. The briefing is available in the live feed.
