Saturday according to CNN the vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh as the next Supreme Court Justice should happen around 3:30 p.m. eastern. Currently Senators are speaking ahead of the vote.

CNN also reports that Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) will vote present in today’s conformation vote allowing Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) to remain home for his daughters Saturday wedding.

Murkowski explained her vote of Friday saying, “I will be a ‘no’ tomorrow, I will, in the final tally, be asked to be recorded as present and I do this because a friend, a colleague of ours, is in Montana this evening, and tomorrow at just about the same hour we’re going to be voting, he’s going to be walking his daughter down the aisle and he won’t be present to vote. “I have extended this as a courtesy to my friend. It will not change the outcome of the vote.”

CNN believes the finally vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh will be 50 for and 48 against.
