I ran across a wonderful Twitter thread today and immediately thought it would be a great Night Owl.
Scott Pack, @meandmybigmouth, manages to tell a remarkable story in a handful of tweets that are accompanied by black and white pictures and a must-watch video at the end.
So without further ado, we will let Scott tell his story…
I want to tell you about a remarkable woman that you almost certainly haven't heard of.
Her name is Florence Ilott and, in 1934, she became the first person to run across Westminster Bridge within the twelve chimes of Big Ben at noon. pic.twitter.com/16rbYSZtCD

This is what we found. We had no idea this existed and we both watched it for the first time today.

Florence was quite a lady and Scott has promised another story about his grandmother’s running career tomorrow, so you may be well advised to follow him on Twitter and find out the rest of the story.
Question of the night: What interesting stories can you tell about a relative?
