And for a second day in a row, the President is using Executive Time to tweet, so far, he has tweeted 10 times in two hours and fifty-one minutes.

The Washington Post reports that this “spying” claim has been, “roundly denied by U.S. and British intelligence officials when it surfaced two years ago.”
They also note the President’s tweet comes a day after he accepted, “an invitation from Queen Elizabeth II for a state visit to Britain,” in June.
2. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
CNN reports that the Supreme Court on Tuesday heard oral arguments regarding the Trump Administration adding the citizenship question on the 2020 census. The question has not been asked since 1950.
As CNN notes, “Every lower court to consider the issue has so far blocked the administration from adding a question about citizenship status to the census questionnaire, holding that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who has jurisdiction, exceeded his authority under federal law and the Constitution by doing so.”

On March 28th, President issued his first tweeted threatening to close the Southern Border.
On April 4th, he told gathered press he was giving Mexico a “one-year warning,” before closing the border.
As to the the incident that “better not happen again,” The Washington Post reports, that President Trump’s tweet comes after a April 13th incident in which, “two active-duty U.S. soldiers involved in the Defense Department’s mission to provide camera surveillance at the border were briefly detained and disarmed on U.S. soil, U.S. military officials said.”
U.S. military spokeswoman, Navy Capt. Pamela Kunze said in an email to the Post, “An inquiry by CBP and DOD revealed that the Mexican military members mistakenly believed the U.S. Army soldiers were south of the border with Mexico. However, the U.S. soldiers were appropriately in U.S. territory. Though they were south of the border fence, U.S. soldiers remained in U.S. territory, north of the actual border.”

As the News Blender reported on Tuesday, the President directed Carl Kline to ignore a Congressional Subpoena that was issued by the House Oversight and Reform Committee regarding Kline’s work in granting Security Clearances over objections of his staff.
President Trump has demanded that his former White House Counsel Don McGahn not testify before the House regarding Mueller’s report.
As the News Blender reported President Trump is suing Congress to stop the Oversight Committee from getting President Trump’s business financials.
And that’s only half the story so far.

On Tuesday during a phone interview the President spoke with The Washington Post.
Asked about those interviewed by Mueller and his team’s testimony before the Congressional Committees, he told the person he didn’t call but did call back that the White House Counsel’s Office, has not “made a final, final decision,” on President Trump asserting formally executive privilege.
He told “Bob” that he didn’t want, “people testifying to a party, because that is what they’re doing if they do this.”
President Trump feels that the Democrats, should be satisfied with what people told Mueller and his team, “I allowed my lawyers and all the people to go and testify to Mueller — and you know how I feel about that whole group of people that did the Mueller report.” I was so transparent; they testified for so many hours. They have all of that information that’s been given.”
The Washington Post reported on Wednesday that the President is now saying they will fight, “all the subpoenas,” issued by House Democrats.
