Another activist Obama appointed judge has just ruled against us on a section of the Southern Wall that is already under construction. This is a ruling against Border Security and in favor of crime, drugs and human trafficking. We are asking for an expedited appeal!

The Washington Post reported Friday, that U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam Jr., from California blocked part of “President Trump’s plan to build a wall along the southern border with money Congress never appropriated for that purpose.”
The 56 page ruling explains that the governments position, “that when Congress declines the Executive’s request to appropriate funds, the Executive nonetheless may simply find a way to spend those funds “without Congress” does not square with fundamental separation of powers principles dating back to the earliest days of our Republic.”
Gilliam concludes that “all persons acting under their direction, are enjoined from taking any action to construct a border barrier in the areas Defendants have identified as Yuma Sector Project 1 and El Paso Sector Project 1 using funds reprogrammed by DoD under Section 8005 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2019.”
Another hearing is scheduled for June 5th.
Judge Gilliam was nominated by former President Obama, in September of 2014, and confirmed by the Republican held majority in December of 2014.
The President deleted and replaced the tweet after he misspelled former Vice President Joe Biden’s name.

North Korea fired off some small weapons, which disturbed some of my people, and others, but not me. I have confidence that Chairman Kim will keep his promise to me, & also smiled when he called Swampman Joe Biden a low IQ individual, & worse. Perhaps that’s sending me a signal?

CNN reported that according to North Korean state media North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, called Biden a “fool of low IQ.”
According to the article, “North Korea’s criticism of Biden comes in response to comments made by the former vice president in which he referred to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as a “dictator” and a “tyrant” during a campaign rally in Philadelphia on Saturday.”
The comments CNN quotes as stating, “What he uttered is just sophism of an imbecile bereft of elementary quality as a human being, let alone a politician.”

Hoping things will work out with Israel's coalition formation and Bibi and I can continue to make the alliance between America and Israel stronger than ever. A lot more to do!

NBC News reported on Monday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces the “possibility of having to fight a second election this year, as he struggles to form a coalition government. With a looming deadline, Israel’s newly elected parliament began drafting a bill on Monday to dissolve itself.”
The article goes on to explain that Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, has “insisted on passing a new law mandating that young ultra-Orthodox men be drafted into the military, like most other Jewish males,” they add, “Netanyahu’s ultra-Orthodox allies demand that the exemptions remain in place.”
If Netanyahu loses the five seats of Lieberman’s Yisrael Beiteinu party, he will be unable to muster a majority.
