It’s Tuesday.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller is still not testifying on Wednesday this week regarding his Russian Election Interference Investigation Report, instead he will appear *fingers crossed* a week from this Wednesday the 24th of July.
Politically connected financier Jeffrey Epstein who was arrested and charged with sex trafficking minors in New York, attended a bail hearing on Monday.
Courthouse News reporter Adam Klasfeld live tweeted the event.
Good morning from New York.

At today’s Jeffrey Epstein bail hearing, will we learn:
* How many new accusers called the FBI tip line since his indictment?
* How much money he has and how he got it?
* Will he stay in jail before trial?
Live-coverage at 10am, @CourthouseNews
Courthouse News reports that Assistant U.S. Attorney Alex Rossmiller, surprised U.S. District Judge Richard Berman, when he announced to the court, “just this morning, the government became aware that in a locked safe in the defendant’s mansion there were piles of cash, dozens of diamonds, and a passport appearing to be issued from a foreign country with a photo of the defendant and a name on that passport that is not the defendant’s name.”
The passport was expired.
Friend and supporter of President Trump on Tuesday appears in D.C. Court to face questions as to whether or not he violated the Court’s gag order.
Hello from the DC courthouse, where Roger Stone has a motions hearing at 10am. What will the judge have to say about his compliance, or potential lack thereof, with her gag order? https://t.co/UeMA5hASo7 Stay tuned.

Also, a Stone summer sartorial update: Seersucker is in play.
Also happening on Tuesday the House Democrats plan to vote on a Resolution that strongly condemns a series of racist tweets issued by President Trump on Sunday. More on that down thread.
For Tuesday the President has passed doubling down on his racist tweets from Sunday by tweeting so far 7 times.
This tweet breakdown is going to be slightly different than normal.
The Democrat Congresswomen have been spewing some of the most vile, hateful, and disgusting things ever said by a politician in the House or Senate, & yet they get a free pass and a big embrace from the Democrat Party. Horrible anti-Israel, anti-USA, pro-terrorist & public…..
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
…..shouting of the F…word, among many other terrible things, and the petrified Dems run for the hills. Why isn’t the House voting to rebuke the filthy and hate laced things they have said? Because they are the Radical Left, and the Democrats are afraid to take them on. Sad!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
“Billionaire Tech Investor Peter Thiel believes Google should be investigated for treason. He accuses Google of working with the Chinese Government.” @foxandfriends A great and brilliant guy who knows this subject better than anyone! The Trump Administration will take a look!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
If you come after the President, the Country, the Flag – he’s going to defend himself. What the squad doesn’t like is that Donald Trump is enforcing the very laws that are on the books that were put there by Congress.” Jason Chaffetz. Also, buy Jason’s great new book, POWER GRAB!

Our Country is Free, Beautiful and Very Successful. If you hate our Country, or if you are not happy here, you can leave!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
Those Tweets were NOT Racist. I don’t have a Racist bone in my body! The so-called vote to be taken is a Democrat con game. Republicans should not show “weakness” and fall into their trap. This should be a vote on the filthy language, statements and lies told by the Democrat…..
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
…..Congresswomen, who I truly believe, based on their actions, hate our Country. Get a list of the HORRIBLE things they have said. Omar is polling at 8%, Cortez at 21%. Nancy Pelosi tried to push them away, but now they are forever wedded to the Democrat Party. See you in 2020!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 16, 2019
Kevin McCarthy @GOPLeader, “The President’s Tweets were not Racist. The controversy over the tweets is ALL POLITICS. I will vote against this resolution.” Thank you Kevin!

spewing some of the most vile, hateful, and disgusting things ever said by a politician in the House or Senate…
See what he did there?
He excluded himself from the “outrage” over “vile” “hateful” and “disgusting” by only including the House and the Senate.
Via Trump Twitter Archive the President has attacked the media, Hillary Clinton, the Mueller investigation, and called Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI) “a total loser.”
Below is the breakdown of number of times.
- Crooked Hillary 116 times.
- Muller’s Investigation 167 times.
- Mueller’s Investigation is a witch hunt 221 times.
- The FBI 211 times.
- Accusing others of Treason 14 times.
- CNN 104
- NBC/MSNBC 77 times.
- The Phrase Fake News has been used 441 times (this total would include the specific times he mentioned CNN, NBC, and MSNBC.)
- Enemy of the People re: the media 31 times (this phrase is typically not linked to a news outlet besides the New York Times.)
- The New York Times has been attacked 49 times (that includes calling them the Enemy of the People.
- It’s not entirely easy to find the number of times he’s blasted immigration, but he has mentioned the word immigration 156 times.
On Sunday the President upped his vile game, and told 3 American born, and One nationalized Citizens of this country to “go back” where they came from. He accused them of hating America. He in fact, tweeted out racist language.
I attempt every day to handle the tweets in an objective manner, leaving the comment section as my place to vent my frustration with President Trump, Republicans in general, and Democrats, however, sometimes, honesty out weighs the objectiveness, had a liberal tweeted out what he did, the R’s hair would be on fire.
How do I know this?
Because every day they on the right attack the left, daily, it’s like a thing they do, they call them anti-American socialist, Senator Graham in President Trump’s defense called them Communist.
Rep. Ilhan Omar, has expressed Anti-Semitic views, which she did in fact apologize for.

In 2013 she was interviewed by Ahmed Tharwat and he asked how come the term Al-Qaeda is never translated into what it means in English?
She then explains that she took a class in college about “terrorism” that taught about it’s ideology, not “how to be a terrorist 101,” she jokes that her professor would tense when he said the word Al-Qaeda which Wikipedia says means “the base,” in English, she continues to say you don’t tense when you say “America,” or “England.”
In short she was mocking the professor.
Earlier in the clip she calls out terrorism, saying that Muslims are also killed in attacks because the groups do not discriminate who the kill.
In March of 2019 while speaking at a CAIR event she does say “some people did something,” and while she could have expressed her views better, when seen in context, her point was that CAIR, understood that after 9/11 Muslims as a whole would be blamed for the actions of “some people.”
Not dissimilar to legal gun owners being trashed when there is a mass shooting.
Omar: 13:04 mark- CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recongized that some people did something and that all of us [Muslims] were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.
CAIR was founded according to their about page in 1994.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called out Omar’s racist tweet which has since been deleted.
In our conversation today, Congresswoman Omar and I agreed that we must use this moment to move forward as we reject anti-Semitism in all forms. https://t.co/UpZA3DNgQs pic.twitter.com/1Z6rH65e3M

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) was caught on camera saying “Impeach that Motherfucker,” shortly after she won her Congressional seat in 2018.
The right set their hair on fire over the statement.
As a reminder.
On Tuesday the House Democrats plan to vote on a Resolution the offers a strong rebuke against President Trump’s tweets from Sunday.
Politico reports that the Resolution that was released Monday night, is limited in scope to send a stronger message of unity within the House, regardless of party.
I made the choice not to include the tweets that President Trump issued on Sunday, you can see those @ realDonaldTrump or @ the News Blender.
This post will be updated within reason.
