President Impeached has left the U.S. to travel to India, where ABC News says he hopes to smooth simmering trade tensions between the U.S. and India. It will be President Impeached first visit to India as President.
Monday’s tweets and retweets so far stand at 18. As always with the Impeached President in a different time zone, the counting of his tweets/retweets might be off.

On Friday the Washington Post reported that Democratic Presidential Candidate and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was warned that Russia was attempting to “help his presidential campaign,” according to people familiar with the matter.
In their second paragraph of Friday’s piece the Washington Post says both President Impeached and lawmakers on Capitol Hill were informed, “about the Russian assistance to the Vermont senator, those people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive intelligence.”
Sanders is quoted as saying in response to the news, “I don’t care, frankly, who [Russian President Vladimir] Putin wants to be president. My message to Putin is clear: Stay out of American elections, and as president I will make sure that you do.”

The Mueller Report in Volume I, details how Russia interfered with the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election. Mueller and his team explain in great detail in that same volume that Russia continues to interfere.
As a reminder one-way that Russia interfered aside from propaganda was to hack the DNC stealing emails that were later released in order to harm then-candidate Hillary Clinton and the DNC as a whole.
It’s amazing how most people seem to want to gloss over the theft of the emails, as if, the propaganda was all Russia did. It isn’t.

On Sunday before President Impeached departed the White House for India he spoke with reporters on the South Lawn for his infamous chopper-talk.
In this clip, he says again that he was not briefed on Russia’s interest in supporting Sanders, he concluded by saying Schiff needs investigated for leaking classified information.

In this clip the theme continues that he wasn’t told about Russia’s interference, but to him it sounds like a leak from Schiff, and that the DNC has treated Sanders “unfairly.”

One of his [Newson’s] first decisions as governor was to spare all 800 death row inmates by halting any executions during his term in office. No matter how heinous their crime, his moratorium covers rapists, mass murderers, even those who tortured and maimed young children.
NPR reported in March of 2019 that CA Governor Gavin Newson suspended the death penalty in CA.

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a sweeping order on Wednesday putting an executive moratorium on California’s troubled death penalty, thus ordering a reprieve for the 737 people on death row.
The action suspends any further executions in California as long as Newsom is governor. But only California voters can repeal the death penalty, something they rejected narrowly three years ago.
Newsom also ordered the immediate closure of the state’s execution chamber at San Quentin State Prison. The order does not otherwise change any existing convictions or sentences — and will not lead to any death row inmates being released.
