President Impeached announced via Twitter that he would be holding a press conference at 5 p.m. D.C. time.
He deleted the tweet to issue another tweet with the updated time.

Whatever the time we can be sure President Tardiness will still be late.
As the News Blender covered this afternoon in the Trump Tweets thread, President Impeached attacked General Motors company for failing to deliver a promised 40,000 ventilators.
On Thursday, the New York Times reported that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) explained that they needed more time to “assess whether the estimated cost was prohibitive. That price tag was more than $1 billion, with several hundred million dollars to be paid upfront to General Motors to retool a car parts plant in Kokomo, Ind., where the ventilators would be made with Ventec’s technology.”
The Officials also contend that GM promised, “that the joint venture could turn out 20,000 ventilators in short order had shrunk to 7,500, with even that number in doubt. Longtime emergency managers at FEMA are working with military officials to sort through the competing offers and federal procurement rules while under pressure to give President Trump something to announce.”
In response to the failed talks with GM, President Impeached announced that he would be “directing the Secretary of Health and Human Services to use any and all authority available under the Defense Production Act to require General Motors to accept, perform, and prioritize Federal contracts for ventilators.”
The statement:
Today, I signed a Presidential Memorandum directing the Secretary of Health and Human Services to use any and all authority available under the Defense Production Act to require General Motors to accept, perform, and prioritize Federal contracts for ventilators. Our negotiations with GM regarding its ability to supply ventilators have been productive, but our fight against the virus is too urgent to allow the give-and-take of the contracting process to continue to run its normal course. GM was wasting time. Today’s action will help ensure the quick production of ventilators that will save American lives.

During the signing of the $2.2 trillion dollar stimulus package, President Impeached said he was instituting the Defense Act against General Electric before saying it was General Motors.
Here's Trump saying of the Defense Production Act that "I have instituted it against General Electric," then saying 30 seconds later that "we did activate it with respect to General Motors" 🙃 pic.twitter.com/VyvXBJa6l0

As a reminder on last nights super-super fan Sean Hannity’s Fox News show, President Impeached said, he didn’t think we’d need 30,000 or 40,000 ventilators.

During the signing ceremony President Impeached said the coronavirus stimulus package was for $6.2 trillion, it’s not, it’s $2.2 trillion with $4 trillion promised by the Federal Reserve in loan programs.

I just signed the CARES Act, the single biggest economic relief package in American History – twice as large as any relief bill ever enacted. At $2.2 Trillion Dollars, this bill will deliver urgently-needed relief for our nation’s families, workers, and businesses. #CARESAct🇺🇸 https://t.co/0WnTNFZPZD

President Impeached once again lied saying that, “1 day we get hit with this thing (coronavirus) that nobody ever heard of before. Nobody even heard of before.”
"20 to 22 days ago, everything's perfect. We're looking forward, I'm saying 'when are we gonna hit 30,000? I want 30,000. That means more jobs & more everything.' And then 1 day we get hit with this thing that nobody ever heard of before. Nobody ever even heard of before" – Trump pic.twitter.com/vExuKzZXqz

If nobody heard of it, why did he restrict travel from China by Foreigners on January 31st, 2020?
