Katie Hill, regardless of who wins (won) on Tuesday night the two candidates will face off again in November to determine who will serve a full Congressional term.
According to the linked article Wisconsin’s special election was held to fill a seat vacated by former Rep. Sean Duffy (R). Tom Tiffany was the favored candidate going into Tuesday’s election. President Impeached carried the district in 2016 by 20 points.
