On Wednesday the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned the state’s extended stay-at-home order. CNN reports that in the 4-3 decision the Court ruled that “Democratic Gov. Tony Evers’ administration overstepped its authority when the state Department of Health Services extended the order to May 26.”
The lawsuit was filed against Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm, along with other officials. The suit was brought by the Legislature’s Republican leaders. They explained that the order would cost jobs and hurt companies saying if the order remained in place that Wisconsin would “be in shambles.”
According to the Court ruling as quoted by CNN the Court called the order “unlawful,” and “unenforceable.”

I don’t know the so-called Whistleblower Rick Bright, never met him or even heard of him, but to me he is a disgruntled employee, not liked or respected by people I spoke to and who, with his attitude, should no longer be working for our government!
