This is part of an ongoing series where I review some of the ads purchased by the Russians. In doing so I hope we can get a better understanding of what they were trying to do, and how to recognize it the next time we’re faced with propaganda.

The United Muslims of America group wasn’t as active as other times, but they still had a few posts. P(1)0000608 refers to Islam as “the most peaceful religion on Earth”:
P(1)0000465 encouraged Muslims to protest in front of the White House for “Safe Space for Muslim Neighborhood”. I have been unable to find any articles about that protest happening:
P(1)0003671 wanted people to share news of the death of Nobel Prize winner Dr. Ahmed Zewali, since the media wouldn’t (despite it being reported in multiple outlets like The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and many other mainstream outlets). Because, as we know, the point of these ads is to not trust the media or your fellow countrymen:
