1. Tweets advice from his Fox & Friends.

In 2016 Business Insider reported that only 3 states allow voters to switch their votes before Election Day.

Three states — Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota — allow voters to switch their votes before Election Day. Despite news reports, Pennsylvania does not allow absentee voters to change votes. In Connecticut, it is up to the local town office, a State Department official told Business Insider.

Business Insider. 11/04/2016.

He made similar claims in 2016.

The interest this time in changing the vote sprung from a New York Post article that was posted on Monday.

According to the article “Google searches for “change my vote” have spiked over the last several days, and Americans interested in adjusting their ballot are also searching for more information on Hunter Biden, one week after the Post’s exposés.”

The Post links to newsy.com who in September 2020, spoke with Matthew Weil, the director of the Election Project at the Bipartisan Policy Center. Weil told newsy.com that “In some states, you can submit your ballot, have a change of heart and, and submit a new ballot. One of those states is Washington state where they can cancel a ballot at any time before Election Day.”

At least five states allow voters to throw out their first ballot and vote again. In New York, elections officials prioritize in-person ballots, so a voter can effectively nullify their mail-in ballot by voting in person. This year in Minnesota, absentee ballots get locked in two weeks before Nov. 3. It’s something they call the clawback date.

2. Explains that Biden’s handlers want to “expand the Court.”

Speaking with Norah O’Donnell of CBS News 60 Minutes Biden said that he would form a bipartisan commission that would have 180 days to exam the federal court system and offer a President Biden their recommendations on how to improve the system.

The current headline news.

Drudge Report.com. as of 9:56 a.m. D.C. time. 10/27/2020.

I won’t lie it’s been a long time, since I’ve visited the Drudge Report. Here are some examples of the news the Drudge Report has linked.

NBC New York Channel 4 is reporting that a Federal Judge has rejected the Department of Justices attempt to defend the Orange Man in a New York City Defamation case.

A federal judge denied an attempt by the Justice Department to substitute the United States for President Trump personally as the defendant in a high-profile defamation lawsuit tied to rape accusations against him.

Manhattan Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected that argument. “The President of the United States is not an ’employee of the Government’ within the meaning of the relevant statutes. Even if he were such an ’employee,’ President Trump’s allegedly defamatory statements concerning Ms. Carroll would not have been within the scope of his employment. Accordingly, the motion to substitute the United States in place of President Trump … is denied,” he wrote.

NBC New York Channel 4. 10/27/2020.

Reuters reported on Tuesday that “the voters of Monroe County, Michigan, may have expected an economic windfall when they flipped from supporting Democrat Barack Obama to help put Donald Trump in the White House in 2016.”

With the U.S. election just a week away, recently released government data and new analysis show just how little progress Trump made in changing the trajectory of the Rust Belt region that propelled his improbable rise to the White House.

While job and wage growth continued nationally under Trump, extending trends that took root under President Obama, the country’s economic weight also continued shifting south and west, according to data from the U.S. Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages that was recently updated to include the first three months of 2020.

Across the industrial belt from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania, private job growth from the first three months of 2017 through the first three months of 2020 lagged the rest of the country – with employment in Michigan, Wisconsin and Ohio growing 2% or less over that time compared to a 4.5% national average, according to QCEW data analyzed by Reuters.
Texas and California saw job growth of more than 6% from 2017 through the start of 2020, by contrast, while Idaho led the nation with employment growing more than 10%.

5. Says a city needs “POLLWATCHERS”.

Covered on Monday’s Trump Tweets Open Thread, it was ruled that the Trump campaign could not have pollwatchers inside elections offices. Not the polling places but the official election offices.

As of 10:18 a.m. D.C., time, the tweet that misspells Philadelphia has not been deleted.

7:31 a.m. D.C., time.

6. All Caps a rant about “COVID, COVID, COVID,”.

CDC reports that as of Monday there were 8,617,022 cases of the coronavirus in the U.S., with 224,601 Americans having dead due to the deadly pandemic.

7:45 a.m. D.C., time.

7. cc’s the Justice Department using Super Supporter Sara Carter’s tweet from Sunday.

Let it sink in that our sitting President is tweeting tweets to the Justice Department urging them to punish people that investigated Russia Election interference in 2016.

10. 2016 called and they want their slogan back.

7 long ass days that are going to feel like dog years…

Do you think it even occurs to his supporters how dumb it is, to use Make America Great Again, during his own presidency?

18. For the second day in a row he is pushing the narrative that the media will suddenly not care about the virus after the election.

9:36 a.m. D.C., time.

19. “Tap, Tap, Tapping”.

This is the 36th time he’s tweeted about how Democrats only want to help Democratic run cities since the pandemic started.

But, yeah, what does New York have to lose supporting the Incompetent Ass?

9:47 a.m. D.C., time.

20. Without citing his sources he tells us he’s up 3 percent in Pennsylvania.

Real Clear Politics. 10/27/2020

As seen in the image one new poll has him up by 2.

21. Campaign propaganda message.

Shit for Brains: Drain the swamp. And that’s what we’re doing. Now when I said it, it sounded very easy and it was gonna happen real fast. I didn’t know the swamp was this dirty and this deep. I didn’t know about the swamp creatures being as bad as they are. They’re bad [omg, this is awful]. But nobody can believe what we’ve been able to do. And I don’t really believe anybody else could’ve done it. Drain the swamp. We’re not finished yet but we are getting really close. Give us four more years. Go out and vote. The most important election of a lifetime, maybe the most important election ever in our country. Go out and vote. Thank you very much.

10:07 a.m. D.C., time.

22. Thanks the Washington Times for their endorsement.

🙄

23. Bashes MSNBC while praising them at the same time.

From the article; The United States is the worst-affected country, with more than 8.7 million diagnosed cases and at least 225,792 deaths.

According to a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services memo; The number of new cases of COVID-19 recorded across the United States has increased substantially, as has the number of new deaths from the disease, according to an internal memo from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that was obtained by ABC News on Monday night.

25. Bashes Fox News.

From 7:54 a.m. D.C., time.

11:28 a.m. D.C., time.

26. Thanks a newspaper for their endorsement.

To be fair, I don’t really care about endorsements, however, the idea that any media outlet can endorse the spewer of Fake News and Enemy of the People, is truly mind blowing. He bashes the media daily, sometimes, hourly, and no org., is safe from his hate. It’s insanity to me to want four more years of that crap.

8:35 a.m. D.C., time.

27. Man who can’t spell says things like “tap, tap, tapping,” dogs Biden for being in a “mental fog.”

I found no evidence this event occurred.

28. Thanks Michigan for standing in-line to attend a super-spreader event.
