It’s Thursday.

It’s What Fresh Hell is This?, Day 43.

For What Fresh Hell is This?, Day 43, President Asshole Dick has tweeted 6 times and retweeted 4 times.

1. Is late-night quoting OAN.

On November 13th, 2020, Chief Judge for the Third Circuit Court of Michigan, Timothy Kenny, found allegations leveled against Wayne County, by Melissa Carone were simply “not credible.”

Costantino v City of Detroit Opinion and Order. 11/13/2020.

Speaking of Dominion…

2. Everything is roses.

All-time Stock Market high…

The Vaccine and the Vaccine rollout are getting the best of reviews

Get those “shots” everyone!

Why is shots in quotes?

Also, stimulus talks looking very good.

3. Says he is not asking for “potential prosecution” of “Hunter Biden or the Biden family,” that’s just “Fake News,” and he, believe me, finds it “very sad to watch!”.

On December 12th, the Wall Street Journal reported that according to people familiar with the matter, “President Trump has expressed interest in pursuing the appointment of a special counsel to investigate allegations of fraud in the November elections and issues related to Hunter Biden.”

Senior White House officials have also discussed the possibility of pursuing a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, expressing frustration over Attorney General William Barr’s handling of investigations into Mr. Biden’s business and financial dealings and concern that the incoming administration of Joe Biden could seek to shut down any probes into Mr. Biden’s son, Hunter, an administration official said.

The White House declined to comment. A spokeswoman for Mr. Barr declined to comment. A spokesman for the Biden transition team declined to comment. Joe Biden isn’t implicated in the investigations into Hunter Biden, according to people familiar with the matter.

WSJ.com. 12/12/2020.

On Wednesday AP News reported that according to several Outgoing Asshole’s administration officials and Republicans close to the Asshole, who spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity, that “President Donald Trump is considering pushing to have a special counsel appointed to advance a federal tax investigation into the son of President-elect Joe Biden, setting up a potential showdown with incoming acting attorney general Jeffrey Rosen.”

As a reminder Asshole was Impeached by the House after having pressured Ukraine’s President to announce an investigation into Hunter Biden and energy company Burisma.

On December 12th, the same day it was reported that he was musing over a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden he tweeted…

But yeah, he’s real sad, that Hunter Biden is under investigation…

4. Re-posts a story he shared on Wednesday.

In San Francisco a committee group is attempting to rename schools named by people they feel are racists. The elected school board members have the final say over the committees renaming scheme. With a vote on the matter sometime in January or February 2021. Parents in the school district have ridiculed the idea.

5. Says he is going to “Veto” the “Defense Bill.”

Trump Twitter Archive shows this is the 8th time he’s said he will Veto the Defense Bill.

June 30th, 2020.

He’s gonna veto because of renaming bases named after confederate losers.

On December 1st, 2020, it became about Section 230, which protects all of us against being libel for what other people say in comment sections across the interwebs…that includes social media.

In short removing Section 230, would lead to his personal/presidential account being removed by Twitter.

6. Doesn’t cite his sources, surprise.

8 News Now reported this morning following the tweet that, “Nevada’s Republican secretary of state, Nevada’s Democratic attorney general, several state judges and the Supreme Court of Nevada have all said there is was no evidence of this.”

I found a case heard on December 3rd, 2020, where Asshole’s lawyer Jesse Binnall said 19,000 plus non-Nevadans voted.

On December 13th, The Nevada Independent broke down several law challenged brought by Team Trump in that state.

From the article:

The campaign’s lists of alleged illegitimate voters — 42,000 instances of “double voters,” 1,506 apparently dead voters, 19,218 non-Nevada residents and more than 23,000 votes sent to fake, vacant or commercial addresses — also failed to make a strong impression on Russell. It’s unclear whether the campaign provided a list of voters it believed cast illegitimate ballots to the court, as nearly all evidence was filed under seal (the Nevada Republican Party did not return a request for comment). Russell wrote, though, that the evidence provided by the campaign was seriously flawed.

One Trump campaign expert, Michael Baselice, apparently conducted a phone survey of voters who cast mail ballots per court testimony, but Russell wrote that he questioned the “methodology” of that survey as there was no source of data identified, nor any apparent quality control efforts regarding the data received. The testimony of a data analysis expert, Jesse Kamzol, was also discounted by Russell, who wrote that Kamzol “had little to no information about or supervision over the origins of his data, the manner in which it had been matched, and what the rate of false positives was.”

The Nevada Independent. 12/13/2020.

I don’t have verification that he got his information from Fox News, Newsmax, or OAN, but I think that’s a safe bet. As to the “just released,” chances are good anyway, comes from Wednesday’s DHS Senate Committee Hearing in which lawyer for Team Trump Jesse Binnall’s offered this in his opening statement.

(pg 1.) Incredibly, almost 4,000 non-citizens also voted, as determined by comparing official DMV records of non-citizens to the list of voters in the 2020 election.

Binall’s Opening Statement. 12/16/2020.

And that completes our journey down the twisted rabbit hole I found because Lameass can’t cite sources.
