Continuing the all-caps theme, at 10:34 a.m. D.C., time, for his 10th tweet so far, he shares something new…
Trump Twitter Archive shows that since January 2020, President It’s All RIGGED, has included the word RIGGED or Rigged, in 68 of his tweets including two from today. The word as near as I can tell was only used one-time indirectly related to the 2020 general election cycle.

We move on to go back in time by around 13 minutes or so to 10:19 a.m. D.C., time, where he includes the hashtag #SupremeCourt, in his 9th tweet of the day.

Just prior to his 9th tweet at 10:17 a.m. D.C., time, for his 8th tweet, which I have to say is probably in his top 5 whiniest tweets in his presidential history, he whines that he did not in fact lose this election.

The Supreme Court has rejected Republicans’ last-gasp bid to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the electoral battleground.
The court without comment Tuesday refused to call into question the certification process in Pennsylvania.
Gov. Tom Wolf already has certified Biden’s victory and the state’s 20 electors are to meet on Dec. 14 to cast their votes for Biden.

Biden won 306 electoral votes, so even if Pennsylvania’s results had been in doubt, he still would have more than the 270 electoral votes needed to become president.
Tweet 1 and 2 are connected as he mentions the Texas lawsuit that was filed by Texas on Tuesday seeking to overturn the election results from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Georgia, the State of Michigan, and the State of Wisconsin.

Note; Betting on the election is not legal in the United States. But elsewhere, the odds swung wildly between President Trump and Joe Biden as bettors tried to stay a step ahead of prognosticators.
According to Victor Mather with the New York Times, going into “election night, bookmakers in places like Britain had Biden as a big favorite — to win $1, you needed to wager $2. Essentially this meant that Biden was considered to have about a 66 percent chance to win.”
Pete Watt, a public relations manager with Oddschecker, the site does not take bets, is quoted as saying, “Trump had been seen as an underdog since May. But in no case did bettors desert him. There were always more bets on the president, but the larger bets came in on Biden.”
But as the night went on, and President Whiner-in-Chief took Florida, the bettors shifted giving WIC a 35 percent to 44 percent of winning. Watt explained that the “markets were twitching constantly,” and around 11 p.m. D.C., time, he was up by 56 percent. But around 5:30 a.m. Watt said that Biden was reinstalled as the front-runner.
