Before President-Elect Biden and Vice President-Elect Harris are sworn-in on Wednesday afternoon, the two will join in a memorial of those that have lost their lives due to the coronavirus.
The somber event will take place at the Lincoln Reflecting Pool, in Washington, D.C., the Biden Inaugural Committee has asked cities and towns across the country to illuminate buildings and ring church bells at 5:30 p.m. D.C., time.
Johns Hopkins data says as of January 19th, 2021, 399,828, people have died from the coronavirus.
