Tuesday marks President Biden’s 55th day in office.
For day 55 President will receive his daily brief before he travels to the first stop on his “Help is Here,” tour where he plans to communicate directly with the people on how the American Rescue Plan is helping them and their families.
To open Monday’s daily press briefing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki explained that:
So, tomorrow, the President will travel to Delaware County, Pennsylvania, to highlight how the Rescue Plan invests in small businesses — a key component of the package — including minority-owned businesses, so they can rehire and retain workers while keeping them safe.

All five tweets focus in some way on the American Rescue Plan and were sent at 3:02 p.m., 4:55 p.m., 6:58 p.m., 8:21 p.m., and 9:05 p.m. D.C., time.

The 20 second video snip tweeted by President Biden’s Twitter account, repeats the two giant goals statement from his remarks, but appears to have been filmed separately from that event.

Speaking of his remarks he also confirmed (doubly so) news that economist Gene Sperling will be joining President Biden’s admin to run point on the implementation of the American Rescue Plan.
I’m pleased to announce and introduce another gifted manager to coordinate our implementation of the American Rescue Plan: Gene Sperling. Gene will be on the phone with mayors and governors — red states, blue states. A source of constant communication, a source of guidance and support, and, above all, a source of accountability for all of us to get the job.
Gene has been here before. The only person in history to serve as director of economic — of the National Economic Council twice. He led successful efforts to deliver relief to small businesses and unemployed Americans in the Obama-Biden administration and in the Clinton administration.

CBS News reported the White House announcement of Sperling’s appointment on Monday morning.
During the daily White House press briefing Q&A Psaki was asked when Sperling would start to which she explained that he would be working remotely for now, until he is vaccinated. Pressed where his office will be in the West Wing or EEOB, she repeated that he would be working remotely from California and that his title will be White House American Rescue Plan Coordinator and Senior Advisor to the President adding that she isn’t sure if the actual location of his office has been determined yet.
Q–When does Gene start?
MS. PSAKI: Hmm, let me see what I have here for you. He’s currently — I do know he’s currently in California, and so he’ll be rem- — working remotely for a period of time until he has his vaccine. Let me see if I have a timeline for him. I’ll check on that for you, Hans.Q–Okay. Just a quick follow-up, and maybe on two. But will he be in the West Wing or the EEOB?
MS. PSAKI: (Laughs.) Where will his office be?
Q–Yes.MS. PSAKI: Well, he’ll be working remotely for some period of time. He — his title will be “White House American Rescue Plan Coordinator and Senior Advisor to the President.” Try to fit that on a card, I don’t know. Long one, but impressive. He’ll work out of the White House and have a team working with him. In terms of where his office will be, I’m not sure that’s been formally determined quite yet.

For Tuesday President Biden has tweeted one-time so far.
11:42 a.m. D.C., time, he shares a real cheesy 2 second video that repeats like a GIF the words in giant caps “SHOTS IN ARMS AND MONEY IN POCKETS.”
As I said, the video is 2 whole seconds long, of him saying the words that appear in giant white bold font, “shots in arms and money in pockets.”
Since the President is traveling today the White House daily press briefing will be an Air Force One press gaggle, typically there are not live feeds to those, but an audio of the gaggle is usually posted before start of the next day.
