Propaganda Watch: Russian Social Media Ads–3/7/2021

This is part of an ongoing series where I review some of the ads purchased by the Russians. In doing so I hope we can get a better understanding of what they were trying to do, and how to recognize it the next time we’re faced with propaganda.

A few years back some friends used to post “red pill” memes. When I saw this group pop up in the February 2017 ad folder I wondered if it was the same. If it was, it wasn’t from anything the Russians posted that month, since none got any click throughs. Still, here are a few for your curiosity sake. P(1)0001357:
