It’s Sunday.
What I wish I was doing…
What I’m actually doing…
It’s early…
Not exactly early now, just hitting 5:30 a.m. CA., time; been up since 3:20 a.m. CA., time; cause had to take the hubby to the airport for his before dawn flight to Texas…
Anyhoo…
We are now going to stroll through tweets and things I found amusing this past week…
As many know Jobs Report Friday’s are my least favorite Friday of every month, but sometimes fate smiles upon me and I find the amusement among the hair–on–fires…
Thursday…
Reminder of how he spent his first day as the newest, but not most ridiculous White House Press Secretary ever…
He wasn’t alone in his prediction…
"What vaccine do you get for job loss?" — Fox & Friends a couple hours before a jobs report showing an addition of 467,000 jobs in January was released pic.twitter.com/6odomIDuai

Allegedly this was the graphic to open Friday Fake and “Friends”…
This is the graphic that opened Friday's edition of Fox & Friends. Oops. pic.twitter.com/KgRjC35VYb
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) February 4, 2022
I say allegedly because I don’t watch it and can’t confirm if it was the opening graphic…
In fairness on Friday morning when Faux and not Friends speculated about the White House spin on the “mass job loss” they were citing a report from the private payroll processing firm ADP…
On Wednesday CNBC News reported that according to ADP’s report; private payrolls fell by 301,000 for the month well below the Dow Jones estimate for growth of 200,000 and a marked plunge from the downwardly revised 776,000 gain in December. It was the first time ADP reported negative job growth since December 2020.
Well, then the report actually came out and said that nonfarm payroll rose by 467,000…
As you can imagine both Spicer and Faux Friends got blasted…
Replies to Spicy’s tweet…
Less than 12 hours later and this tweet has aged like an open jar of mayo in the sun.

Once again out of fairness Spicy handled the L a bit better than Faux and Assholes…
I still don’t like him, but I did…
Faux and Fuck’s handled it like this…
"How did everybody get this so wrong?!" — Steve Doocy reacts to the strong jobs report about two hours after he joked about how it might show 300,000 jobs lost pic.twitter.com/MeDyHk2Prj
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) February 4, 2022
Stuart Varney says; I can’t really say, but the unemployment number went up…
The words from Varney aren’t near as shocked and awe’d as Steve Doocey’s…
How did everyone get this wrong…
They speculated using data that is not collected the same way as the jobs report data.
It’s complicated beyond that one sentence; lot’s of factors make up a payroll month…
But the gist is, they calculated based on unequal data points…
Also, IMO, the speculators have been so off the last two years, yes, even under Twice Impeached 45…
That they tried to hedge there bets so to speak…
This as I said does not mean ADP was lying, they, 99.9 percent for certain cut less checks for the month of January; these less checks could show in February’s numbers.
I say that because the employer survey covers the first two weeks of a month…
See?
As I said it’s…
We pause this trip down Twitter lane to bring you what the fuck is this?
When asked and pressed on if he heard the “hang Mike Pence” chants, Marc Short who worked for Mike Pence says:
Look–I think again there was a sense of a tragic day, sense of loss, but also a sense of pride in what we accomplished for 4 years and feeling that this [January 6th attack/attempted coup] was going to be an unfortunate taint on that record. And um–looking at some of the people who we never recognized as people we saw at rallies around the country [my can’t even’s just fucking said ‘fuck it’] and I think it’s unfortunate that for 74 million American’s that voted for the Trump/Pence record that in many ways that’s tarnished [can’t understand the words he says before] candidly, Chuck, how some in the media [insert eye roll gif here] want to portray all those 74 million people as represented by a few hundred thugs who were at the Capitol that day…
Yeah, totally how dare an attempted coup taint such a great 4 year record…
My first thought was this and it is something that has always bothered me about the chants “hang Mike Pence…”
Why aren’t more people pissed off about that?
I don’t like Pence, I will never like Pence, but for fuck sake he was Vice President of the U.S., and they dismiss the idea that he was being actively hunted by a deranged group of moronic thugs who had intent to hang him.
That’s not a guess, court documents show they had a plan to kill both Pence and Pelosi in the hopes that that would magically make Twice Impeached 45 the “winner” of the election he lost…
Pro-life and Christian in their bios, but legit death threats against a sitting VP gets the “well, see,” treatment???
I know–I do–they are awful people, but still, that’s to steal a VP Biden phrase “a big fucking deal…”
Now to be fair I also saw this from Short…
Yesterday I saw this…
CNN chief media correspondent Brian Stelter was in the mood for some “reliable sauces” early Thursday morning after a long day covering his boss Jeff Zucker’s sudden departure from the network.
Stelter described making a late-night run to a popular American fast-food chain during the latest episode of his Reliable Sources podcast, which was obtained and reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
Washington Free Beacon. 02/04/2022.
After attempting to poke fun at the “cold Italian soup” his CNN colleague Oliver Darcy had for lunch, the host conceded: “That’s better than me getting McDonald’s at 12:30 in the morning last night after we finished work.”
How can it be a “scoop” when Stelter said it?
It’s not like they saw him doing this…
Anyhoo…
A handful?

Breaking: I've had a tough day of laundry and playing ball with the dog in 0 degree weather so I'm going to eat my weight in ice cream.

I'm just here for the free bacon.

FYI: the paragraphs I posted are the only ones related to Brian’s eating his emotions the rest of the article focuses on the undisclosed relationship between CNN’s now former president and Allison Gollust. Apparently, rumor has it the affair started way sooner than they said…
So do we call that click bait with a twist?
I don’t know….
I call it; hilarious rando Twitter Users Tweets for the win…
