One nice thing about YouTube is that you can find all kinds of things you nearly forgot ever existed. Or, in this case, Christmas programming you thought might become a Christmas classic that you would see for years and years to come, only to vanish in the ether. Until now!

So please enjoy this selection of Christmas programs I enjoyed when they aired. Maybe you’ll like them, too.

And feel free to search YouTube for your own examples of things you thought would become Christmas classics but didn’t and share them with us in the comment section below!

(In order of release)

Emmet Otter’s Jug Band Christmas:

John Denver and the Muppets — A Christmas Together:

A Wish for Wings That Work: (Warning! This program features a cross-dressing cockroach in crisis, which will undoubtedly warp your child’s mind and bring down western civilization as we know it!)

Olive, the Other Reindeer:

Okay, have a nice rest of your weekend! I’ll see you again tomorrow, for the noir flick!
