This playlist is R&B biased, but the thing to remember is that fifty years ago Top 40 radio in your town – which was invariably found on the AM dial – played all kinds of genres and mixed it all together. If it was popular the DJs played it. This stuff brings back memories for me, just as sure as the hard rock of the era.
