A little over a year ago tragedy struck at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.
Murphy, the most mocked, beloved, Dragon throughout all the Magic Kingdom’s, caught fire during the end of the much loved long-running Disney show Fantasmic!

The show along with fire effects company wide were halted and the speculation began on when would the nighttime wonder of Fantasmic! return, and would Murphy be reborn?
Well.
Friday night the Fanstasmic! show makes it’s return without the much mocked and beloved Murphy.
Scott Gustin posted the sneak peek on Twitter…

Disney is rebuilding Murphy the Dragon, but it’s still a year or more out before she makes her fiery return…
I will not be there to enjoy the opening day of Fantasmic!, but a ton of other live streamers will be there–where they will attempt to stream both the 9:30 p.m. & 10:30 p.m. Disneyland Time shows. In fairness the second show might not crash the streams whereas the first one is likely to leave a bunch of us watching the lag monster versus Mickey’s imagination come to life.
I found one live stream so far for tomorrows Fantasmic! return…
