For the next however many weeks–I will be using a Wikipedia page (I know, but I did manage to verify a bunch of the songs listed) that features Billboard Year-End Number-One Singles.

1990–Hold On (I didn’t realize this song was on the list for this week, when I used in Biden Bits last week, LOL)
