NBC News live updates: Five deaths have been reported in Pinellas, Florida. There have been two deaths reported in Anderson County, South Carolina from trees falling on homes. There are 4 million people reportedly without power. According to the update from about 30 minutes before article post time, Helene has been downgraded to a tropical storm.
