I was gonna make a list of swing states closing times; but they vary some districts close earlier than others.

Voting has been extended in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, until 10 p.m., after a software malfunction prevented voters from scanning their ballots early this morning. However, any ballots cast after 8 p.m. — the original time that polls closed — are considered provisional, meaning it will take more time to review them.
The county elections board said in a court order that the software malfunction resulted in voter confusion, long lines at polling sites and many voters leaving those sites without casting a ballot. Cambria County Solicitor Ron Repak told NBC News affiliate WJAC-TV that the elections board had IT specialists review the issue and all completed ballots will be counted.
“This should not discourage voters from voting at their voting precincts,” Repak said in a statement.
