As you are aware, President Shitshow announced his horrible no good plan to place tariffs on Canada and Mexico.
According to both President Shitshow and President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico they have reached a deal to pause the tariffs for one month.

As of 8:17 AM my time, the market has rebounded still in the negative but the losses we saw in Futures and at the opening bell have almost be erased.

According to White House press secretary Jen Psaki, Mexico will maintain a deployment of about 10,000 troops, while Guatemala has surged 1,500 police and military personnel to its southern border and Honduras deployed 7,000 police and military to its border “to disperse a large contingent of migrants” there. Guatemala will also set up 12 checkpoints along the migratory route through the country.

I would like to take a second and say, I’m not ignoring what Elon is doing; it’s a deep dive into lots of links and research, I have been so overwhelmed with President Shitshow’s shitshow, that I haven’t had energy to focus on the other hand.
