To honor Black History Month we will be counting down the Top 100 Motown Songs.
I will be using a PDF list I found on the internet.
Like last time I will include a link to the Wikipedia page that gives more information on each song. Unlike the 1960’s Countdown Owl’s, this feature will be nightly until the 27th of February; that means weekend’s included.
Not every Owl will contain the same number of songs.
Reminder: This is just one list; there are many lists…
Night One:
100. Greetings (This Is Uncle Sam) – Monitors (1961)/Valadiers (1966):
Monitors version:
The Valadiers version:
99. Does Your Mama Know About Me? – Bobby Taylor & The Vancouvers (1968):
98. Function At The Junction – Shorty Long (1966):
