This morning the White House Twitter account posted the following message from President Shitshow…

President Shitshow: People in our country illegally can self-deport the easy way, or they can get deported the hard way, and that’s not pleasant. The Biden Administration exploited the CBP One app to allow more than one million aliens to illegally enter the United States. Now, my Administration is launching the CBP Home app to give people in our country illegally an easy way to leave now and self-deport voluntary. If they do, they could potentially have the opportunity to return legally at some point in the future. But if they do not avail themselves of this opportunity then they will be found, they will be deported, and they will never be admitted again to the United States ever–ever again. You’re never coming in. Using the CBP Home App to leave the United States voluntary is the safest option for illegal aliens and our law enforcement. It also saves the US taxpayer dollars and valuable CBP and ICE resources. And all of those resources are necessary to focus on dangerous criminal aliens, and that’s what we’re focused on. The CBP Home app is now available free across all mobile app stores, and I encourage those who have violated our laws to use this option today. Do it right and come back into our country. Do it wrong, and you’ll never be back again.

The CBP App was an app that allowed a migrant to schedule an in-take interview at the border. You were allowed to upload documents, schedule the appointment and present at the border at that time. It did not grant entry.

Before President Shitshow’s video promoting the CBP Home app to self-deport, the White House shared this video…

It’s a 17 second video showing a person being deport. The music used is the song “Closing Time” by Semisonic.

They responded…

“We did not authorize or condone the White House’s use of our song in any way. And no, they didn’t ask,” Semisonic said in a statement shared by its publicist. “The song is about joy and possibilities and hope, and they have missed the point entirely.”

Chief Judge James Boasberg is the Judge assigned to the case involving the use of the Alien Enemies Act, that President Shitshow invoked to deport people stating they were invaders and gang members. The Judge held a hearing yesterday evening after the admin seemed to defy his order to ground any planes heading for El Salvador carrying alleged gang members until the legal process played out.

We turn to Kyle Cheney for more on that hearing.

Show more =’s He wants details about whether DOJ openly defied his order on March 15, when it ordered planes to take off and leave US airspace even after he orally ordered the government not to do that. The remedy for an order they don’t like, Boasberg said, is to appeal or seek to modify it, not to simply ignore it. He wants a sworn declaration by noon tomorrow with details about how this played out.

As a reminder; Originally, the admin said they didn’t defy the order, but instead the planes in question were already over international water and therefore not subject to the United States jurisdiction.

Karoline Leavitt said that there is some questions as to whether his verbal order holds the same weight as the “legal” she meant “written order”…

There are a lot of social media users suggesting that “liberals love terrorists” and here’s the deal; My issue is due process, regardless of whether you like it or not, most all people on US soil are entitled to protection under our Constitution.

This judge and other judges are not saying that these people are entitled to be, deserve to be, or will remain–here, they are saying that the administration has to follow the law.

That’s it.

Remember during President Shitshow first term when they tried to ban Muslims from traveling here? It took them three tries to follow the law in banning travel from some countries. After the third times the charm, people were banned from traveling here.

It really shouldn’t be all that hard to follow the laws and the Constitution.

French MEP asks for the Statue of Liberty Back.

As most here know, a French MEP made comments suggesting that since it’s clear leadership in America does not believe in the words found on the Statue of Liberty, they can take her back.

The Press idiot tried to once again sound smart, and said if not for America, the French would be speaking “German” today. She also called Rapael Glucksmann an “unnamed low-level French politician.”

FWIW: His remarks were on video tape.

That unnamed politican responded to her comments; he included her remarks.
