The fight between President Shitshow and Harvard continues…

Over the weekend, the President that has no idea how anything works demanded Harvard turn over a list of their foreign students.

Show more =’s We want a list of those foreign students and we’ll find out if they’re ok.

He continued to demand a list that the State Department already has; it’s a thing that happens when a foreign person wants to come to America and study. They need specific Student Visa’s for that.

Before he demanded a list the government already has he said he was considering withholding money from Harvard.

This morning…

The Trump administration intends to ask all federal agencies to seek ways to end their contracts with Harvard University, a senior administration official told NBC News on Tuesday.

“GSA will send a letter to federal agencies today asking them to identify any contracts with Harvard, and whether they can be canceled or redirected elsewhere,” the senior official said, referring to the General Services Administration.

The development was first reported by The New York Times.

NYT says they have seen the letter that will be sent to agencies that are directed to find alt vendors. I’m skipping the intro paragraphs.

The latest letter, dated May 27 from the U.S. General Services Administration, is expected to be delivered Tuesday morning to federal agencies, according to an administration official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the official had not been authorized to discuss internal communications.

The letter instructs agencies to respond by June 6 with a list of contract cancellations. Any contracts for services deemed critical would not be immediately canceled but would be transitioned to other vendors, according to the letter, signed by Josh Gruenbaum, commissioner of the G.S.A.’s federal acquisition service, which is responsible for procuring government goods and services.

Contracts with about nine agencies would be affected, according to the administration official.

Examples of contracts that would be affected, according to a federal database, include a $49,858 National Institutes of Health contract to investigate the effects of coffee drinking and a $25,800 Homeland Security Department contract for senior executive training. Some of the Harvard contracts under review may have already been subject to “stop work” orders.

“Going forward, we also encourage your agency to seek alternative vendors for future services where you had previously considered Harvard,” the letter said.

Speaking of threatened funding…

This morning his unhingedness blasted California Governor Newsom for something former Cali Governor Jerry Brown did.

The text:

California, under the leadership of Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum, continues to ILLEGALLY allow “MEN TO PLAY IN WOMEN’S SPORTS.” This week a transitioned Male athlete, at a major event, won “everything,” and is now qualified to compete in the “State Finals” next weekend. As a Male, he was a less than average competitor. As a Female, this transitioned person is practically unbeatable. THIS IS NOT FAIR, AND TOTALLY DEMEANING TO WOMEN AND GIRLS. Please be hereby advised that large scale Federal Funding will be held back, maybe permanently, if the Executive Order on this subject matter is not adhered to. The Governor, himself, said it is “UNFAIR.” I will speak to him today to find out which way he wants to go??? In the meantime I am ordering local authorities, if necessary, to not allow the transitioned person to compete in the State Finals. This is a totally ridiculous situation!!!

I refuse to link. Sorry not Sorry.

I had to google, cause I honestly had no idea who he was talking about.

I found this article from LAist.com.

Newsom and the schools are allowing transgender teens to compete in sports because in 2013, then-Governor Jerry Brown signed into law; School Success and Opportunity Act (ACLU–08/12/2013).

The teen in question is AB, she is sixteen years old, in October of 2024, a fired former teacher at AB’s high school, Jurupa Valley High School, Jessica Tapia, doxxed her on social media.

LAist.com quotes Tapia as saying: “We know deep down in our heart this isn’t normal and it isn’t right,” Tapia said in an interview. “Any time that I have an opportunity to speak into an issue, especially a tip of the spear, hot topic issue, I take it as God calling me to use my voice, my experience, my platform, my influence to speak the truth.”

Let it sink in that Tapia said “God” told her to doxx a minor. A minor that now is being subject to attacks from the leader of the not so free world.

It’s fortunate for AB that her family supports her, it’s also fortunate that her community, a community where President Dick for Brains won by 2 points, also supports her.

Many residents of Jurupa Valley, which Trump won by two points in November, have united in support of AB.

“Our community is in 100% support of our neighbors,” said Armando Carmona, a member of Jurupa Valley’s City Council. “I’ve extended 100% support to our young athlete, who’s competing at the highest level in high school, because they’re competing within the current rules. In this community we can talk about federal issues, we talk about state or even global issues. But at the end of the day, we all realize we’re neighbors first.”

Five parents of children enrolled in JUSD schools who spoke with Capital & Main said they fully support AB competing.

“It’s not about the divide of the topic, it’s about the well-being of a child, that all she wants to do is play sports,” said Veronica Hurtado, whose son attends a local high school. “As a mom, I can assure you there’s not a mother in this community that wouldn’t agree with me when they say you’re worried about her safety and her mental health.”

Did AB win everything in the track and field event in question?

Sport Illustrated (SI.com) says…

After qualifying in three events at the prelims in triple, long and high jump, Hernandez won two CIF titles in the triple and long jump at the Southern Section finals at Moorpark High School on Saturday, May 17.

Hernandez’s winning long jump was 19 feet, 2.75 inches, beating out second-place finisher Katie McGuinness of La Canada 18-9.5.

Hernandez’s winning triple jump was 41 feet, 4 inches, beating second-place finisher Reese Hogan of Crean Lutheran by just over 4 feet (37-02). Hernandez finished seventh in the high jump (5 feet, 2 inches).

The two CIF victories and seventh-place finish qualify Hernandez for the CIF Southern Section Masters Meet on May 24 back at Moorpark High.

This toxic type environment where a grown ass woman, says her “god” told her to doxx a teen, has real life consequences.

Kady Grass was in a McDonald’s when two men attacked her after she told the men that were harassing her that she was not transgender, but a lesbian woman.

Show more =’s Kady Grass was born a woman & identifies as a woman—her 13 year old cousin was with her to get a treat after her middle school choir concert. She has a hemorrhage on her eye, a fractured nose, and PTSD after the attack outside the McDonald’s bathroom in Carpentersville, Illinois. Kady Grass now wants hate crime charges filed against her attackers. “I genuinely think that their plan was to kill me, and that they didn’t care if they ended my life that day.”

The men that attacked her were 19 and 17 years old.

Like I said, there are real life consequences for spreading hate.

Because our life wouldn’t be complete without another pardon, President Shitty announced a pardon via “Lies Social” on Memorial Day.

In March the Department of Justice for the state of West Virginia posted the following press release:

The former sheriff of Culpeper County, Virginia was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for accepting over $75,000 in bribes in exchange for appointing numerous Northern Virginia businessmen as auxiliary deputy sheriffs within his department.

In December 2024, a jury convicted Scott Howard Jenkins, 53, of Culpeper, Virginia, of one count of conspiracy, four counts of honest services fraud, and seven counts of bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.

“Scott Jenkins violated his oath of office and the faith the citizens of Culpeper County placed in him when he engaged in a cash-for-badges scheme,” Acting United States Attorney Zachary T. Lee said today. “We hold our elected law enforcement officials to a higher standard of conduct and this case proves that when those officials use their authority for unjust personal enrichment, the Department of Justice will hold them accountable. I am grateful to the FBI for their tireless work on this investigation.”

“Every law enforcement officer takes an oath to serve and protect the community– that includes following the law they’ve sworn to uphold.  I am proud of the diligent work our investigative team did on this case to bring Jenkins to justice,” said Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Richmond Division, Stanley M. Meador.

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Jenkins accepted cash bribes and bribes in the form of campaign contributions from co-defendants Rick Rahim, Fredric Gumbinner, and James Metcalf, as well as at least five others, including two FBI undercover agents.

Rahim, Gumbinner, and Metcalf have all pled guilty for their roles in the conspiracy.

In return for the bribes, Jenkins appointed each of the bribe payors as auxiliary deputy sheriffs, a sworn law-enforcement position, and issued them official Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office badges and credentials. The bribe payors were not trained or vetted and did not render any legitimate services to the Sheriff’s Office or the citizens of Culpeper County.

In addition, Jenkins pressured other local officials to approve a petition filed in Culpeper County Circuit Court by Rahim, a convicted felon, to restore his right to possess a firearm and which falsely stated that Rahim resided in Culpeper County.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Melanie Smith for the Western District of Virginia and Trial Attorneys Celia Choy and Lina Peng of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section (PIN) prosecuted the case.

Justice.gov. 03/21/2025.

ABC News, said Jenkins was do to report to jail today.

This is an open thread

P.S.

I listened to 51 minutes of a semi-interview with former NASCAR drive Dale Earnhardt Jr., last week.

I call it a semi-interview because it goes deeper into how people feel reaching ages their deceased parents never reached. I found it moving and timely considering my mom passed away two years ago this month. I’m still 20 years away from being her age at death, but it hits on the mourning process too.
