It’s Tuesday…
President Shitshow’s public schedule for…
President Self-Dealer is still out of town, you can find his schedule here.
President Doesn’t-Care-How-Tariffs-Work just announced yet another so-called “tariff deal” with the European Union. Like all the others, this one’s garbage for the American consumer — you know, the people who actually end up paying the tariff, also known as a tax on imported goods. But sure, call it a deal if it helps you sleep at night.

The deal is we pay 15 percent on all EU goods imported into the country; save some exemptions like parts for planes.
Howard “nutlicker” Lutnick explained on Fox Entertainment:
Lutnick: The European union is going to pay 15%

Baier: So this 15% is on the difference the $200 billion trade deficit; is that right? Not the $2 trillion we trade with each other, right?

Bret: Why is it so great for America?
Lutnick: Well, remember, the European Union is a $20 trillion economy, 450 million people. I mean, it is head and shoulders bigger than all the other Western civilizations. So, the fact is, the European Union is the monster deal.
President Trump did that deal yesterday — we were all together in Scotland. We got the deal done. So here’s how it goes:
The European Union is going to pay 15%, and they sell us $600 billion worth of goods. That’s $90 billion for America. And they agreed, for the first time ever, to cut all their tariffs, cut their barriers, and let American businesses and farmers and ranchers and fishermen finally sell into the European Union — massive market. This is huge for America.
Bret: So this 15% is on the difference — the $200 billion trade deficit? Is that right? Not the $2 trillion we trade with each other, right?
Lutnick: No, it’s all exports to America. So basically, everything they send us is going to pay 15%, except for a few little things. But most things will be 15%.
One of the examples that we don’t charge is on aircraft parts so that Boeing — which is our greatest, greatest export — doesn’t have to pay tariffs. But those are the ideas.
So, huge: $600 billion of exports from Europe coming into America — they will pay 15%. The $100 billion we send them — finally, finally zero. So you’re going to see that grow, and you’re going to see that deficit shrink.
And then they promise to pay $750 billion of energy purchases — stop purchasing from adversaries, start purchasing from the United States.

The White House says the trade deal will re-establish "the strong positive long-term relationship between the United States and its key ally the European Union."
According to Senator Run-Away Hawley (R-MO), tariffs are such a roaring success that we now need $600 “tariff-related rebate checks” per person just to survive them. Bold move — taxing Americans and then handing them their own money back like it’s a gift. Wink–wink.

Republican Sen. Josh Hawley introduced legislation Monday to provide tariff rebate checks of at least $600 per adult and child to American families, similar to the stimulus checks the government distributed during the Covid pandemic.
Hawley, R-Mo., submitted his legislation after having pledged to do so Friday after President Donald Trump told reporters he would be interested in sending a tariff-related rebate check to Americans.
“Like President Trump proposed, my legislation would allow hard-working Americans to benefit from the wealth that Trump’s tariffs are returning to this country,” Hawley said in a statement.

This morning we learned more about the mass shooting that happened in New York that left 4 people dead, including a police officer.
Breaking: A suicide note from the gunman in the Midtown office shooting suggested he was targeting the NFL and believed he had CTE, Mayor Adams said https://t.co/csJ6TwtkYz
— The Wall Street Journal (@WSJ) July 29, 2025
The suicide note suggested he believed he had chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a brain disease associated with head injuries, New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Tuesday. The shooter, who has a history of mental illness, blamed the NFL for his condition, Adams said.
“It appears as though he was going after the employees at the NFL,” Adams said in a television interview Tuesday with a local Fox affiliate.
NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the gunman was 27-year-old Shane Tamura from Las Vegas. He carried an M4 rifle, she said.
Among the four slain victims were an executive from financial firm Blackstone and a New York City police officer.
The gunman shot a fifth person, an NFL employee who was in critical condition, before turning the gun on himself.

The Washington Post posted an article with details about the shooting.
Four people were killed, including a police officer, and one was seriously injured when a gunman opened fire inside an office building in Midtown Manhattan before fatally shooting himself on Monday evening.

The President did offer a statement (final):

In other news…
I decided to share this even though I’m already 23 minutes late to post.

This shouldn’t be acceptable. But somehow, we’re all just supposed to pretend that it is. When I say “I hate it here,” this is what I mean. He’s using our tax dollars to make himself richer. There are no lines anymore — no standards, no “normal.” Just higher prices because his ego can’t handle the basic truth that tariffs hit Americans, not foreign countries. Just a nonstop stream of shitposting from government officials on official websites and across social media. And a guy blurting out whatever random, brain-melted nonsense crosses his mind — because his brain is basically a sieve held together with spite and slogans.
For example:
Trump: "We actually passed a bill in Congress headed up by my wife, actually, which was to pull bad stuff out having to do with children." pic.twitter.com/J92Iaa0K9d
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) July 28, 2025
There’s literally a bill. But he’s too addle-brained to remember that, so instead he mumbles something about needing “to pull back stuff having to do with children.” What a stable genius.

What trump meant was this bill. It's supposed to help remove non-consensual material on the internet of an intimate nature. pic.twitter.com/E5Yk8aZzLA

Even when he manages to sign something slightly less shitty than usual, he still can’t be bothered to get a single fact right about it — aside from, of course, how incredible it was that he did it. Because in his world, reality always takes a backseat to ego.
Another example:
Trump on Epstein island: "I never had the privilege of going to his island." pic.twitter.com/B0HGd08lfd
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) July 28, 2025
In the never-ending circus of #EpsteinFileGate, President Has the Best Words insists he never had the “privilege” of visiting Epstein Island. That might explain why the scandal refuses to die — he just can’t keep his mouth shut and keeps spewing nonsense that only fuels the fire, unlike other scandals that quietly disappear. And let’s be clear: not all the horrors happened on the island. Most of the dirty deeds likely went down at Epstein’s other properties or those of his clients.
