President Constitution? What Constitution? took to Lies Social last night to threaten U.S. citizen and comedian Rosie O’Donnell with stripping her citizenship—because in his world, being a “Great American” is defined by blind loyalty to him.

Rosie O’Donnell responded on Instagram (twice)…
A trolling President is bad enough, but then the White House Twitter account chimed in—because nothing screams “serious governance” like using the presidential brand to cosplay as a shitposting fan club.

In normal times, this would be major news; it’s barely a pimple on the butt that is humanity at this point.
Economic News.
The BEA released the trade deficit in goods and services numbers for July. Y’all will be shocked to know that our trade deficit increased, as people rushed to buy ahead of August’s tariff deadline.
The United States’ trade deficit in goods and services increased to $78.3 billion in July.

President who brags about collecting “trillions” from tariffs (spoiler: it’s billions, and we’re the ones paying) is now begging his Supremes to rule on whether he can legally slap tariffs around using IEEPA. Because nothing says “master negotiator” like taxing your own people and calling it a win.

ADP reported this morning that the jobs numbers for private payroll were down.
Labor market growth slows dramatically in August with U.S. adding just 54,000 jobs, ADP says https://t.co/uwk2DE5zWX

U.S. private sector hiring rose less than expected in August, data released Thursday shows, offering the latest indication of trouble in the labor market.
Private payrolls increased by just 54,000 in August, according to data from processing firm ADP published Thursday morning. That’s below the consensus forecast of 75,000 from economists polled by Dow Jones and marks a significant slowdown from the revised gain of 106,000 seen in the prior month.
“The year started with strong job growth, but that momentum has been whipsawed by uncertainty,” said Nela Richardson, ADP’s chief economist, in a press release.

As a strong reminder–These numbers do not include government jobs, these are private sector numbers and can often times be wildly different than the monthly jobs report that the BLS will maybe issue tomorrow.
Ah so it begins and only took like 8 months or so….farmers in Arkansas are begging for a bail out because Trump is killing their farms….we warned you! https://t.co/yVfM9Hr1p1 pic.twitter.com/os9VRtbDyi

Hundreds of struggling Arkansas farmers are pleading with the federal government to provide emergency funding amid a farm economy crisis.

“This time last year, the rice price was about 40 percent higher than it is now. Inputs costs have gone up, fertilizer has gone up, commodity prices have gotten worse. So, after a horrible year last year where most farmers in Arkansas, Delta, lost money, this year is going to be worse,” said Derek Haigwood, a farmer from Independence and Jackson county.
Though President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” provided a much-needed update to safety net subsidies for farmers, they won’t see those federal dollars until late next year. By then, some have projected that as many as one-fourth—or even one-third—of Arkansas farmers could face bankruptcy or be forced out of business.
“I’m a sixth-generation farmer from Newport, and we made the decision to go out this year, in the spring. So, my son will not be the seventh generation on our farm,” said one Newport farmer.
“In the last 14 months, five of my customers have committed suicide. That’s how serious this is,” said another Arkansas farmer who also works as an ag equipment financier.

“We’re going to take your message. We’re going to get it back to D.C. and we’re going to do everything we can to get you the help you need,” said Gene Higginbotham, district director for Congressman Rick Crawford.
Until then, farmers have no one to turn to but God.

D.C., has sued President Dictator over his Dictatorial idea that our American streets need a military presence to be safe.
BREAKING: Washington, D.C. sues the Trump administration over its deployment of the National Guard in the nation's capital. https://t.co/7YUsrtV19g
— NBC News (@NBCNews) September 4, 2025
The city of Washington has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and the military over the deployment of the National Guard in the nation’s capital.
Trump, the suit says, “has run roughshod over a fundamental tenet of American democracy — that the military should not be involved in domestic law enforcement.”
The suit follows a ruling from a federal judge in California this week who found that the Trump administration violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which bars the use of soldiers for civilian law enforcement activities.
The suit was filed by Washington’s elected attorney general, Brian Schwalb, a Democrat, whose office represents the city of Washington in court and prosecutes some minor crimes as well as crimes committed by juveniles. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, headed by Jeanine Pirro, prosecutes most crimes in the district.
