“President Trump will pay tribute to the American heroes we lost in the tragic Sept. 11 attacks, their beautiful family members and to the acts of heroism that defined that fateful day when the unbreakable spirit of the American people prevailed,” White House spokesperson Olivia Wales told Fox News Digital.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation will bring its “Steel Across America” tour to the White House on Sept. 8, where the 21-foot, 16,900-pound steel beam recovered from the World Trade Center’s South Tower will be displayed on the White House Ellipse.

The tariffs hit hundreds of American products, including steel, aluminum, cheese, appliances, clothing, cosmetics and farm equipment, at rates of 15%, 25% or 50%.
Canada says its tariffs match Washington’s dollar for dollar and rate for rate. They take effect at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday under an executive action known as an order in council and cover about $20 billion in American goods, roughly 6% of the $333.6 billion the United States exported to Canada last year.
RBC Economics, the research arm of the Royal Bank of Canada, said the measures were unlikely to dent U.S. growth overall but could hit some businesses hard.
Canada has already gone beyond tariffs in other ways. Eight of its 10 provinces continue to restrict or ban sales of U.S. alcohol. The Distilled Spirits Council says U.S. spirits exports to Canada fell more than 70% year over year after those restrictions took effect.

Circana Retail Scanner Data is legit. The problem? The underlying data needed to independently reproduce these numbers is proprietary. So while I can confirm the government is using an actual dataset, I can’t independently recreate its math from the source it provided.
The easiest way to think about these numbers is like an average gas price. Some places may have cheaper meat, while others, like my local Walmart, may be higher.
For example, my local Walmart has Choice Angus chuck roast listed at $8.77 a pound, or $2.75 more per pound than the “Beef Chuck” average Rollins shared.
That doesn’t mean her $6.02 average is wrong. It means an average isn’t necessarily what you’ll find at your local grocery store.
