In a ruling Monday, the justices left in place a lower-court decision that blocked the Postal Service from implementing the new requirements in the coming weeks due to the potential that millions of voters could be disenfranchised by not having their ballots delivered.
Most of the high court’s majority did not offer a detailed rationale for their decision, which took place on the court’s emergency docket, saying simply that the Trump administration’s position was unlikely to succeed and that the legal factors at issue did not favor lifting the lower-court ruling.
In a brief concurring opinion, Justice Brett Kavanaugh said in his view that “state and local election officials do not have sufficient time to reasonably implement the rule before the election.”
Two members of the court dissented — Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.
“Even assuming the rule here is a regulation of elections, Congress may create such rules under the Elections Clause. And, by statute, it may authorize the Postal Service to issue such rules,” Alito wrote, joined by Thomas.

Congress did not create this rule under the Elections Clause. Puddle created this rule by Executive Order. An Executive Order that, on its face, is unconstitutional.

Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give, and then blamed it, in part, on no time left to implement a solution to our totally CORRUPT and out of control Mail-In voting “disaster,” which is a laughing stock all over the World, and where we are the only country that has to endure such a Nation Destroying SCAM.
Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. It is a big loss for Republicans, and America itself, and makes cheating by the Radical Left “Dumocrats,” on Mail-In Ballots, a much easier thing to do – And now they have an open field to do so!
The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats, and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America.
Their horrible decision on Tariffs will be costing the U.S.A., for many years to come, Trillions and Trillions of Dollars. They didn’t even state, “money paid does not have to be paid back,” much to the benefit of entities that truly hate our Country, and have been RIPPING IT OFF FOR YEARS, unnecessarily costing us, immediately, Billions of Dollars.
Likewise, the Supreme Court’s Decision on Birthright Citizenship is a complete and total disaster for America, and has already led to massive corruption with respect to “citizenship” in our Country. The damage done to America is incalculable, and they know this, just as everyone else does – It is an irreparable and unrecoverable harm!
The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History.
This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years. These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves, a Court that is costing the United States Trillions of Dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won’t be easily possible for our Country to recover or heal.
It is a Court that will go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful, and damaging decisions in our Country’s history.
It is not easy for me to write this criticism of the United States Supreme Court – it will likely cost me dearly for years to come – but I feel it my obligation and duty, as President, to do so for the America we love!

Puddle’s fanfiction that somehow the Democrats plotted to assassinate him prior to the 2024 election is based on newly released documents reported on by the New York Post on Monday.
The documents covered by the Post include FBI interviews with the shooter’s family. Specifically, his dad, who told the FBI, “When Thomas was born he did not scream and he was always quiet from that point on.”
Nowhere in the article does it assign a motive or reveal a “plot” to assassinate then-candidate Puddle.
It should be noted that, yes, a sitting president is in fact accusing his political rivals of attempting to murder him.
The Kennedy Center is in a virtual state of collapse, and has been for many years. A large piece of concrete and steel just dropped down, in a thud, from the ceiling of a heavily trafficked main hallway. If the Building were open, innocent people would have been killed.
A security guard had just passed the area, one minute prior to this ceiling collapse. He was, therefore, 60 seconds away from certain death.
The Judge has made us keep it open even though there are no performances, and no people that would have the Courage to even go in.
The Board of The Kennedy Center has strongly voted to save it, and they know I’m the only one who can do so, because I have the ability to raise the money, and the ability to construct — that few others have.
I also have the strength and power of the Presidency, which will be needed do what must be done, and give it a strong shot at Greatness again!
Remember, The Kennedy Center was losing Hundreds of Millions of Dollars when I took over. It was failing badly! It had nothing to do with me, I am only there to help.
I just got there to reveal the facts, but especially those concerning Building Safety.
A very hostile and conflicted Judge (What else is new?) seems like he won’t let that happen, in which case, unfortunately, the Building is destined to doom. Isn’t that too bad?
We have already wasted more than 6 months “playing around” in Court. Time is our Enemy!
The Board, comprised of some of the most prominent and respected people in our Nation, is meeting again today. It will be interesting to see what happens!

The Kennedy Center board, chaired by Puddle, released images of the damage back in early September. Officials explained that the damage was caused by water following severe storms that moved through the D.C. area.
Another warning we can’t ignore. A section of the Grand Foyer ceiling collapsed after this week’s storms. Thankfully no one was hurt. Decades of deferred maintenance made this inevitable.
