Second Feature: Green Acres: S2 E20 – Never Take Your Wife To A Convention
Never take your wife to a convention, especially if you plan to make bad decisions while you’re there. Oliver takes Lisa along to an agricultural convention, where he hopes to join the ranks of real, bona-fide commercial farmers. While there, Lisa bonds with another farming couple: ex-gangster Charlie and his moll-turned-wife Wanda. Unfortunately for Oliver, the more Charlie talks about his farming practices, the more Oliver is convinced that Charlie’s criminal days are not in the past. When Charlie and Wanda insist upon teaching the Douglas’s some of their tips and tricks to successful farming, it turns out to be an offer that Oliver dare not refuse. But after a raucous and boozy night out, the only thing Oliver seems to learn as a result is how to get a hangover.
