It’s Friday.

After months of waiting, the Supreme Court finally dropped its long-awaited “Liberation Day” tariff ruling.
Clocking in at a hefty 170 pages, complete with concurrences, more concurrences, and just a sprinkle of judicial side-eye.

The bottom line is simple: when the president says “tariffs are my favorite word,” that does not magically transform the International Emergency Economic Powers Act into a blank check to slap blanket tariffs on the American people.
For months we were told this was unstoppable, unquestionable, inevitable. Turns out, it was none of those things. The Court said what many of us have been saying all along: IEEPA is not a personal trade wand.
Victory lap today. Monday we return to the regularly scheduled chaos of Trump 2.0.
Reactions from the Hill are slowly coming in.
Mike “I have no Johnson” Johnson said:
No one can deny that the President’s use of tariffs has brought in billions of dollars and created immense leverage for America’s trade strategy and for securing strong, reciprocal America-first trade agreements with countries that had been taking advantage of American workers…

No one can deny that the President’s use of tariffs has brought in billions of dollars and created immense leverage for America’s trade strategy and for securing strong, reciprocal America-first trade agreements with countries that had been taking advantage of American workers for decades. Congress and the Administration will determine the best path forward in the coming weeks.
He has no spine. For real. 02/20/2026.
In personal news.
I’m gonna take my victory lap.
As you know, I moderate for a TikTok live during the weekday mornings. Today, I decided to hop up in the live to help a guest learn some things about Tariffs.
I queued it up to my debut as a debater.
Today is a great day.
Take the victory lap it doesn’t mean shit isn’t still sideways.
It just means that today is a good day.
Pissed off Orange Man allegedly lost his shit over the decision during his breakfast with governors this am.
CNN: Apparently the breakfast had been going well. Then Trump became enraged. He started ranting about the decision, not only calling it a disgrace, but started attacking the courts at one point saying: these f’ing courts pic.twitter.com/p7aR2LiXVV
