Shitshow’s public schedule for…

NBC News live updates (08/21/2026):

Trump will travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this afternoon to campaign with GOP Sen. Darline Graham, days before the Senate GOP primary runoff election. Early voting for the race began Wednesday and ends today.

The president will deliver remarks at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Graham is running in the runoff election on Tuesday, just weeks after she and Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., advanced to it in the initial special primary election.

Speaking of Senator Darline Graham…

Has no understanding of foreign policy…

Ran to Safe Space Fox Entertainment to defend her epic fail on foreign policy…

One question she says…

His weekend is busy. No worries, it won’t be busy enough to stop him and his Harp from spamming Lies Social.

NPR.org (08/21/2026):

The two-day schedule kicks off with practice runs, a qualifying race and other programming on Saturday, followed by Sunday’s main event beginning just after 1 p.m. ET.

The race itself will be broadcast live on Fox, and is slated to take about 2 1/2 hours. The full Fox broadcast schedule includes post-race ceremonies at 3:40 p.m. ET.

Denker says Penske is covering the majority of the cost, though he declined to say how much that will be.

“All I’ll say is the Detroit Grand Prix has cost us about $21 million a year, and we’re greater than that,” he said. “When you do something in D.C., it’s a higher price. We found that exponentially so.”

Denker says the government is only paying security costs associated with entities like the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Park Police and D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department. Those are expected to be covered by D.C.’s Emergency Planning and Security Fund, for which Congress provided $90 million at the start of this anniversary year.

They started with a mostly Christian prayer event on the National Mall in May, ramped up with a UFC fight outside the White House in June, and hit full swing in July with the two-week Great American State Fair and other July Fourth festivities on the Mall. The Patriot Games, a national high school athletic competition, took place in Ohio earlier this month.

Some of those events — including the state fair and fireworks rally — were organized by the controversial group Freedom 250. Trump created it by executive order last year, bypassing a bipartisan task force that Congress had established a decade earlier for the same purpose.

Despite “Freedom 250” appearing in the name, Denker says the event is not affiliated with the organization itself. When asked for confirmation, Freedom 250 told NPR over email that it is not funding or organizing the Grand Prix.

“We’re using the name Freedom 250 Grand Prix, but there’s no affiliation in terms of we’re getting money from the committee or providing them money,” Denker said.

I believe, having read this: “Despite ‘Freedom 250’ appearing in the name, Denker says the event is not affiliated with the organization itself. When asked for confirmation, Freedom 250 told NPR over email that it is not funding or organizing the Grand Prix.”

that the event stands a chance of being less of a shitshow than I originally thought.

Still a shitshow, just less so.

What happens when the race is over?

Parking restrictions and road closures associated with the race are expected to continue, in some areas, as late as Sept. 15.

Denker said much of the racetrack and other structures will be gone by Labor Day, but the viewing suites will take three to four weeks to dismantle because of their size.

The White House says the 250th task force will deliver a “full year of festivities” through the end of 2026. There are no upcoming events listed on Freedom 250’s website.

Executive Time Friday…

We’ve had small growth from Puddle. The other day he learned the Federal Reserve is not controlled by one man, but rather a board of voting members. Today, he’s apparently learned that the U.S. consumer is really the one paying for his stupid tariffs.

It’s also nice of him to announce that he is the communist we should fear: We have a commitment that this beef will be sold at 25 percent below current market prices.

CNBC News (08/21/2026):

CNBC has requested comment from White House and major U.S. beef suppliers about Trump’s announcement.

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association criticized the move, saying it would not address Trump’s stated intention of helping to increase the size of the U.S. beef herd.

Sen. Tim Sheehy, R-Mont., in a tweet, said, “I’ve advised President Trump against this course of action for a year because American ranchers have been struggling against the packer monopoly for decades, and this will further harm them — most of whom are MAGA Republicans.”

“The President’s heart is in the right place on wanting lower prices for the American people, and beef prices have been impacted by the Mexican screwworm,” Sheehy said.

“But the reality is this action will make it more difficult for American ranchers to rebuild our herd and bring prices down for the American people,” the senator said. “And most importantly, this will harm our ranching families who feed the nation.”

The U.S. imposes tariffs on imported beef beyond a certain quota limit for individual countries.

National Cattlemen’s Beef Association CEO Colin Woodall, in a statement, said his group “is disappointed by the President’s statement.”

“While America’s cattle producers share the goal of keeping groceries affordable for consumers, flooding the market with government-subsidized, below-market beef is not the way to rebuild the American cattle herd,” Woodall said. “Cattle markets have already turned sharply lower this morning, to the detriment of farmers and ranchers.”

“Today’s announcement and other market interventions throw cold water on the prospect of herd expansion and sacrifices long-term stability for short term messaging,” Woodall said.

Altin Kalo, head economist at Steiner Consulting Group, said the potential impact on prices remains to be seen.

“Imported beef already is trading at a steep discount,” Kalo told CNBC.

“The out-of-quota tariff has not been an issue for importers to this point as a record amount is being imported,” he said.

Kalo said that many grocery stores use only fresh ground beef in the meat case.

But almost all beef that is meant to be used for grinding beef, which comes from Australia or Brazil, is frozen, and a large portion of that goes to food service operations, mostly fast food companies.

He has posted more pushes for his ballroom bullshit…

Fun Fact: The judges aren’t playing at being construction foremen. They are playing at upholding the Constitution by telling Puddle he must go through Congress in order to make all his drone empire ballroom hopes and dreams come true.

I have a headache. I’m not reading Fox Entertainment.

Both of those have been posted 3, if not 4, times in the last few days.
