The endless waiting is almost over...
Yesterday, it was announced that Puddle's rallies in Iowa and Kansas had been canceled. Instead, it was decided that, to "maximize" the Power of Puddle, he'd hold telerallies to reach more people.
Trump was scheduled to hold a rally in Kansas on Saturday and in Iowa on Sunday. But the Republican National Committee announced Thursday evening that he would instead spend a “72-hour sprint” doing rallies by phone rather than in person, a move the RNC said would maximize Trump’s ability to speak to voters nationwide. The RNC said telerallies are planned for nearly 20 states, and more may be announced.
It was an abrupt shift in Trump’s pledge to push through the final days of the campaign doing rally after rally to galvanize his supporters. As of Thursday, he had done 25 rallies during the month of October, falling short of a goal he had once placed north of 30.

He was asked about his change in plans and melted the fuck down.
Reuters Reporter: So you not going to Kansas has nothing to do with you being sick of traveling?
Puddle: Oh, you're sick to ask that question. You are sick. Who you with?
Reuters Reporter: I'm with Reuters, sir.
Puddle: You are a sick guy. Reuters is terrible, by the way.
Reuters Reporter: Well, making sure you're doing well.
Puddle: Look at this guy. He's way out of shape.
Look at how badly he comes to me. Sir, you're not going to go to Kansas. I'm not going to Kansas cuz he's doing very well. I'm going to do a telerally tomorrow. I'm doing Florida.
He said, What's the reason? After doing what? 28. He says, What's the reason for this, sir? That you're not going to Kansas?
You know what the reason is? I don't feel I have to go to Kansas. I'm going to Florida tomorrow, and I'll do if something else comes up.
But he said, you're not going to Kansas, sir. Are you feeling well?
You've been following me for two weeks. I feel perfect. You are disgusting. Put yourself in shape. You look like hell. Thank you.

This morning...
President Trump will now hold rallies in Kansas and Iowa on Sunday after initially canceling them, an AP source says. https://t.co/7ZiwM9itkV

President Donald Trump has rescheduled weekend campaign rallies in a pair of critical Midwestern states that he had previously canceled, according to a person familiar with the plans.
The Republican president will now visit Iowa and Kansas for back-to-back campaign rallies on Sunday, said the person, who insisted on anonymity to discuss his schedule.
The scheduling whiplash underscored the chaotic and shifting nature of the final days of the midterm campaigns, in which Trump and Republicans are scrambling to retain their majorities in Congress in an election that has turned largely on affordability issues and the president’s favorability. At the start of the month, Trump promised a marathon sprint of his signature rallies to shore up Republican candidates, and he has headlined 25 of them so far in October.

The DOJ is back in court trying to defend the administration's attempts to violate court orders without technically violating court orders...
Judge Reyes wastes no time She begins hearing reading rules that prevent lawyers from misrepresenting facts and positions to the court (For days, Justice Dept said there was no plan to close East Potomac Park on Nov 15... Then this week, they changed their story)

Justice Dept lawyer is employing a tactic we've seen quite a bit during Trump 2.0. (The "I'm new here" argument) Lawyer says he's new to the case and hasn't read everything about the case. "We have lots of binders"

Judge: "When did you become aware of a plan to close the golf course in November 15th? Dept of Interior official: "A plan?" Judge: Do I need to get the dictionary again.. to read out the definition of "plan"?

Whoa Assistant Atty General Stanley Woodward tries to intervene and halt the questioning of Dept of Interior official about East Potomac Park Judge pushes back... and says no Judge to Woodward: "It sounds like you don't want him to answer a very straightforward question"

Woodward says Trump's Oct 18 social media post said the park "should be" closed on November 15 Judge interjects: NO, he didn't say "should be". He said it WILL be closed Judge: "We shouldn't put words in the President's mouth"

Asst Attorney General Stanley Woodward argues Trump's social media posts on Oct 18 and Oct 25 about the closure of the golf course on Nov 15 wasn't actually a "plan" to close the course Judge: "You're telling me, that even now, that there was no plan.. . You're the 3rd ranking official at DOJ.. you're saying 'Do not believe the President!"

I found a post from the 26th, not the 25th...

Judge asks Stanley Woodward again about how Woodward interpreted the Trump social media post announcing golf course will close Nov 15. Woodward: That falls under executive privilege Judge: He posted it!!!!!

After brief huddle, the Asst. Atty General regathers and tells judge: "The course is not currently scheduled to close on Nov. 15" There's "a notice of an intent to close." "We would never violate the court's order"
— Scott MacFarlane (@MacFarlaneNews) October 30, 2026
The rest of the first tweet says: Woodward: We're not on TV.. I'm not a pundit opining on the President's words. It'd be improper of me to explain my interpretation of the President's action Judge: "That's quite an extraordinary view of executive privilege"
Judge asks specifically: When was the first act to close the golf course taken? Woodward doesn't know. Probably not until (October) 26th. Woodward said he'll check

Judge Reyes asks Justice Dept for an estimate of entire price of golf course renovation Trump Admin attorney: There is no estimate. "Why would you assume that?" Reyes: If we're going to use taxpayer money, I assumed we'd have some idea of what it'd cost

Judge orders another breather This has been a mess. Judge is still getting the run-around Politically: The Admin is clearly poised to spend an undetermined amount of money (hundreds of millions of $$'s) to renovate this public golf course in DC to suit the President's wants
