Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) has filed another lawsuit, this time he is suing McClatchy, the Fresno Bee reported on Tuesday.

The Fresno Bee, owned by McClatchy explains that in his new lawsuit, Nunes alleges “that headlines about a 2016 lawsuit against a Napa Valley winery called Alpha Omega — in which Nunes is an investor — were “part of a scheme to defame Nunes.”

USA Today’s Bard Heath explains via Twitter the Nunes lawsuit.

Nunes who is suing Twitter, two parody accounts, and Liz Mair, apparently still doesn’t understand how Twitter works as the Fresno Bee notes, “#YachtCocaineProstitutes” was trending, with nearly 70,000 tweets posted by 10 a.m. Tuesday. Many of the tweets appeared to be used in a wide variety of contexts, but many of the most widely circulated tweets named Nunes or tagged his official Twitter account,” the hashtag references the article that Nunes wants deleted.

For What it’s Worth: You’d think he’d have learned his lesson after suing his cow, who at the time of the lawsuit had less than 2,000 followers on Twitter. Currently the Cow has 635,000 followers. Nunes has 430,000 followers on Twitter.

It’s 5:10 eastern time and the hashtag is still trending.
