She says she witnessed what she calls “gang rape,” stating she has “a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting their turn with a girl inside the room.” she added, “these boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanugh.”

In was in 1982 that Swetnick states she became a victim of one of those gang rapes. While she does not specifically name Kavanugh as her rapist, she states both Judge and Kavanugh were in attendance at the party where she fell victim. She believes she was “drugged using Quaaludes or something similar,” that had been “placed in her drink.” She explains that during the incident she was, “incapacitated without,” her “consent and unable to fight off the boys raping,” her.

She also explains that she holds “active security clearances,” that one needs to work for the federal government for agencies such as the IRS. She also holds several “inactive clearances,” for federal agencies such as Department of Homeland Security.
