President Trump is holding a MAGA rally on Saturday this time from Wheeling, West Virginia. It starts at 7 p.m. eastern time.
The rally comes just a day after his Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh was passed out of committee heading to a full confirmation vote from the Senate. The vote that was likely to take place on Tuesday has been postponed as the FBI looks into accusations of sexual misconduct on the part of Judge Kavanaugh when he was in high school and college.
Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the investigation on Friday via tweet.
According to NBC News, the “limited scope,” of the investigation will focus on the allegations brought by Christine Blasey Ford, who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, that while teenagers Judge Kavanaugh along with his friend Mark Judge, trapped her in a bedroom, where Judge Kavanaugh proceed to pin her to the bed while he groped her and tried to remove her clothing. Along with the allegations brought by Ford, the FBI will also invested the allegations brought by Yale classmate Deborah Ramirez, who explained that while at a party a very drunk Judge Kavanaugh exposed himself to her, by pulling down his pants and placing his penis in her face. Sources tell NBC News that the FBI will not investigate the allegations brought by Julie Swetnick, who’s sworn affidavit was released to the public on Wednesday as The News Blender reported.
Judge Kavanugh has denied all the allegations.
