It’s Tuesday.

On Wednesday Special Counsel Robert Mueller will testify regarding the Russian Election Interference Investigation Report.

On Monday Politico reported that the Department of Justice wrote to Mueller stating that Mueller needed to limited his testimony to just what was in the publicly issued report.

They claim in their letter via CNN, his testimony “must remain within the boundaries of your public report because matters within the scope of your investigation were covered by executive privilege.”

A spokesman for Mueller, Jim Pokin, told Politico that Mueller will have an opening statement and that it has not been seen by Justice, and most likely will not be released to the public, until he begins his testimony on Wednesday.

In terms of DOJ and the Hill, there have been discussions for purposes of scheduling and clearly … to understand what the expectations are, but they have not seen the [opening] statement. They’ve not provided the statement to either DOJ or anyone in the House.

Pokin, via Politico.

Pokin added, that the opening statement would stay within “the four walls of the report as much as that is possible.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler appeared on CNN’s New Day, and said that Mueller doesn’t have to comply with the DOJ’s instructions and called the department “incredibly arrogant,” for attempting to instruct Mueller how to testify.

Authors note: I have been forced over to the New Twitter, I think the President has tweeted for Tuesday 10 times, I say think, because New Twitter, is weird.

The Hill reports it’s not clear where the 11 percent poll numbers came from.

President Trump Impeachment Polls.

The Wall Street Journal.

The share of Americans in favor of impeachment hearings was 21% in July, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, down 6 points from the prior reading. The share of Democrats favoring impeachment hearings fell to 39% from 48% in the poll.

WSJ 7/22/19

Reuters

About 45 percent of Americans said Trump should be impeached in a Reuters/Ipsos poll in May, up from 40 percent in April.

Reuters 7/22/19.

The Hill

Trump Derangement Syndrome

This is not a real thing.

If a person, any person wants to hate on a President, as American’s we can, for a variety of reasons, they are too short, too tall, too fat, too skinny, you don’t like their ties, their hair, their tan suits, their mom-jeans, how they throw a baseball, it matters zero.

We in America can and do “hate” things, simply because we have the freedom to do so, and our government can not force us to like a sitting, a former, a dead, whatever, President.

That’s the American Way.

As Snip Bytes reported in May, UK Prime Minister Theresa May announced she was resigning her post, leaving her leadership role vacant, former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, was the expected replacement.

As the New York Times reports, he beat Jeremy Hunt, “his successor as foreign secretary, in the battle for the leadership of Britain’s governing Conservative Party, winning by the substantial margin of 66 percent of the postal vote held among its membership.”

BBC News quotes Johnson as saying in his victory speech, that he would deliver Brexit, he plans to energize the country, and he has plans to defeat Jeremy Corbyn.

Deliver Brexit, unite the country and defeat Jeremy Corbyn.

We are going to energise the country.

We are going to get Brexit done on 31 October and take advantage of all the opportunities it will bring with a new spirit of can do. We are once again going to believe in ourselves, and like some slumbering giant we are going to rise and ping off the guy ropes of self doubt and negativity.

Boris Johnson BBC News.

Hunt told the BBC, that he was disappointed in the results, but added he thought Johnson will do a “great job,” adding that he has, “total, unshakeable confidence in our country.”

President Trump’s 2020 campaign slogan.

Amid the trade war with China, the Trump Administration has offered two bailouts or as President Trump calls it “replacement” money to farmers.

On July 24th, 2018, the News Blender reported that the Trump Administration planned to announce $12 billion in emergency aid to farmers hurt by China Tariffs.

On November 21st, 2018, the News Blender reported that thanks to the 25 percent tariff China placed on soybeans, farmers couldn’t sell their soybeans, which was “the second largest soybean crop ever, 89.1 million acres, to meet the rising demand from China,” instead of attempting to store their crops, “some farmers are making the decision to plow under their fields of unharvested beans.”

On May 5th, 2019 the President via Twitter, announced the intent for a second round of farmer bailouts or “replacement,” money, this time the bailout would be $16 billion.

On May 23rd, 2019 as the News Blender reported “according to the USDA, U.S. tariff revenue collected by the Treasury would be used to support the payment program, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

For what it’s worth.

As noted soybean farmers were posed to have a record setting year, selling more than 80 percent of their soybean crop to China in 2018. China is now buying from Brazil.

Replacement money =’s tax payer money.

Tariffs =’s tax on the consumer.

Farmer bailouts =’s socialism.

The Washington Post reports, what the President means by “ban” is unclear, the White House had not responded to their requests for comment.

The article goes on to say, the tweets follow on the heels of Guatemala postponing a trip to Washington, D.C., by “President Jimmy Morales to discuss his country’s potential designation as a “safe third country.”

In terms of asylum, a country that is designated as “safe third country,” is “obligated to offer asylum to migrants who enter the country en route to the United States.”

According to the article, the reason Morales postponed his trip to the U.S., was because of legal challenges to the potential of Guatemala becoming a safe third country.

Reuters reported last week, that Guatemala’s Constitutional Court, blocked Morales from immediately declaring the country a “safe third country.”

The decision by the court came just hours after the Guatemalan government postponed their trip to D.C..

No, AOC Plus 3 are a Nightmare for America!

CNN reported on Tuesday that “Two police officers in Louisiana were fired Monday after one wrote a Facebook post suggesting Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez should be shot and the other liked it.”

According to the report, officer Charles Rispoli, responding to a satirical article that quoted AOC as saying, “we pay soldiers too much,” wrote that AOC, was a “vile idiot,” who “needed a round, and I don’t mean the kind she used to serve.”

Rispoli and the officer that liked his post were fired for violating the police force’s social media code of conduct, which all officers sign.

The New York Times reported on Monday, that accused mob boss killer, 24 year-old Anthony Comello, had no intention of killing Francesco “Franky Boy” Cali, a leader in the Gambino crime family, no instead Comello drove to his house, to arrest him, and why you might ask, well, according to his attorney, he did so, because, “He ardently believed that Francesco Cali, a boss in the Gambino crime family, was a prominent member of the deep state, and, accordingly, an appropriate target for a citizen’s arrest.”

His attorney Robert Gottlieb, went on to say that Comello is not well, and that “became certain that he was enjoying the protection of President Trump himself, and that he had the president’s full support.”

Cali, was shot ten times, Comello was arrested three days after he’s alleged to have shot Cali.

As Snips Bytes reported Rep. Omar Ilhan (D-MN) has faced death threats, one man in April was arrested, after he called her office and told the person, not Omar, who answered the phone, “Do you work for the Muslim Brotherhood? Why are you working for her, she’s a (expletive) terrorist. I’ll put a bullet in her (expletive) skull.”

It’s reported that Patrick Carlineo Jr., told investigators that he was a patriot that loves the President and that he hates radical Muslims serving in our government.

In fall of 2018 the News Blender covered the pipe bombs mailed to the media and several former Democratic politicians including former President Obama, and Hillary Clinton.

The suspect Cesar Sayoc’s legal team, according to The Daily Beast, has said that Sayoc, 57, was “just a man struggling with “cognitive limitations and mental illness” who was manipulated by conservative media and the president’s Twitter feed.”

According to the article in a court filing his lawyer writes that Sayoc found, “In this darkness, Mr. Sayoc found light in Donald J. Trump.”

That’s just the tip of the iceberg, we’ve seen the theory that Omar married her brother to gain his legal citizenship to this country morph into it was she that needed to marry him in order to gain legal citizenship.

Words matter, words matter more when one is the President of the United States.

Four days ago, the Washington Examiner reported that Trump has not built a single mile of new border fence after 30 months in office.

Excerpts from the article.

In a statement last week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the federal agency overseeing border barrier construction, confirmed that all the fencing completed since Trump took office is “in place of dilapidated designs” because the existing fence was in need of replacement.

The 50 miles of completed replacement barrier is a 10-mile gain since early April. In Trump’s two and a half years in office, his administration has installed an average 1.7 miles of barrier per month, and none of it in areas that did not previously have some sort of barrier. A total 205 miles of new and replacement barrier has been funded in the two and a half years since Trump took office.

CBP reiterated this month it is only moving on the approximately 205 miles that have been funded as of 2019, including with Treasury Forfeiture Fund dollars Trump redirected through executive action in February. The remaining 85 miles that has already been funded was proposed this year and is intended for the Rio Grande Valley of Texas — some of which is meant to be new wall.

New wall just meant replacing the old wall….sure, Jan.
