JUST IN: Former US ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, has arrived on Capitol Hill to testify as part of the impeachment inquiry, despite White House assertion that the Trump admin. would no longer cooperate with the inquiry. pic.twitter.com/yORV3XCyPV

Authors note: More on this later, not in this thread, I don’t think, but you never know what he might tweet.
As the headline suggests the President is traveling to Louisiana to hold a campaign rally. This rally follows yesterday’s rally from Minnesota.
At last night’s rally President Trump, faked an orgasm, told many “sir stories,” and accused former Vice President Biden of being nothing more than a former President Obama’s ass kisser.
So Presidential that I can’t wait to see the replay tonight. I’m bringing popcorn and wine, Nukeman, swears the Tylenol will be on hand.
So far to prep rally goers the President has tweeted 4 times.
China.
Good things are happening at China Trade Talk Meeting. Warmer feelings than in recent past, more like the Old Days. I will be meeting with the Vice Premier today. All would like to see something significant happen!

He sent one tweet between the above and the below tweet.
One of the great things about the China Deal is the fact that, for various reasons, we do not have to go through the very long and politically complex Congressional Approval Process. When the deal is fully negotiated, I sign it myself on behalf of our Country. Fast and Clean!

Reminder this meeting between the President and China comes just a week after the President said to a press gaggle on the South Lawn, that China should investigate the former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.
President Trump: "China should start an investigation into the Bidens because what happened in China is just about as bad as what happened with Ukraine. So, I would say that President Zelensky, if it were me, I would recommend that they start an investigation into the Bidens." pic.twitter.com/Xia8vLUVT2

On Thursday the Washington Post reported that Michael Pillsbury, one of the President’s China advisers publicly contradicted himself [surprising no one] on whether or not he received dirt on Hunter Biden from the Chinese, while he was visiting Beijing.
Pillsbury’s trip to Beijing happened shortly after the President’s call for China to investigate the Biden’s.
The article from the Post links to the Twitter Account of Demetri Sevastopulo. He is a reporter for the Financial Times, on Thursday he reported that Pillsbury told him, “I got quite a bit of background on Hunter Biden from the Chinese.”
Pillsbury later went on CSPAN and denied he said it.
.@mikepillsbury responds to Daily Beast/Financial Times reporting:

"The Chinese are unwilling to say anything about Hunter Biden… They did not give me any intelligence about Hunter Biden at all… [Trump] didn’t ask me to raise the issue" pic.twitter.com/S4riXFYIAD
Apparently Mike (@mikepillsbury) denied on C-Span that he told me this (https://t.co/xlKuY17OUk).

But here is the email exchange with him last night (and our story: https://t.co/BQgi3TcH1y). https://t.co/8p4Ohcg7vI pic.twitter.com/FEK8LaOgBM
But we should not worry our pretty little heads about what our President and China might be “negotiating” on our behalf. Nope.
As to the second China tweet. I’m still researching it out, because I’ve gotten mixed bag results, so far, it appears, it’s possible he can make a trade deal without Congressional approval, but that’s a first blush, take.
I rate this tweet “up in the air.”
The Rally Tweets.
I will be in Louisiana tonight (Love it!) to get Republicans to vote for either of our two great Republican Candidates and force a run off with John Bel Edwards, who has done a really poor job of tax cutting, car insurance cost (worst in USA), & is suspect on your 2nd Amendment!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 11, 2019
Will be with our two GREAT Senators, @SenJohnKennedy & @SenBillCassidy, tonight in Louisiana. These two hard working, really smart men, love their Country and love their State. We will hopefully add a Great New Republican Governor to the beautiful Louisiana mix! See you tonight!

The Washington Post reports that Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards a Democrat appears to have done everything to get re-elected.
Edwards signed some of the nation’s most restrictive abortion laws . He cozied up to President Trump, scoring an invite to a state dinner at the White House. And in a state with a robust Catholic population, Edwards aired television ads showing him shaking hands with Pope Francis.
The Washington Post.
As they explain Louisiana has what they call a “jungle primary.”
Trump is wading into a so-called “jungle” primary where Edwards and five other candidates from both parties will be on the ballot. Edwards needs more than 50 percent of the vote to avoid a Nov. 16 runoff, where he would likely face either U.S. Rep. John Ralph Abraham (R) or GOP businessman Eddie Rispone.
The Washington Post.
According to the article the recent polls show that Edwards is hovering around 40 percent while Abraham and Rispone are locked in a tight battle for second place.
When I started this post the President had 4 tweets and zero re-tweets. In the last 30 minutes he has panic tweeted 8 more times and retweeted now 27 times. That brings his total of tweets in about 2 hours to 39.
I’ve made the Executive Decision to publish what is mostly completed and will be updating the post.
This post will be updated within reason.
