It’s Wednesday.

We’ve entered day 8 of the Impeachment Inquiry.

President Donald Trump has tweeted 13 times and retweeted 3 times so far for Hump Day.

The Go Out and Vote Tweet.

Politico reported on Tuesday that under Louisiana’s unique open-primary system, that Republicans Ralph Abraham and Eddie Rispone are running for second place “in a potential November run-off against,” current Governor Democrat John Bel Edwards.

As they note Edwards was elected in 2015, and can win outright on October 12th, by getting a majority of support from Louisiana voters.

The Fake News Tweets “No surprise” there.

The VICTORY, however, was barely covered by the Fake News. No surprise!

CNN: Federal judge blocks California law requiring Trump to release tax returns to appear on ballot.

USA Today: Judge temporarily blocks California law that would force President Donald Trump to release his tax returns.

Axios: Judge temporarily blocks California presidential tax returns law.

It’s worth noting these were the first three hits off how I Googled search using “judges tosses out CA tax release requirement for primaries.”

When I Googled “judge blocks CA law,” I found.

On September 19th, Axios reported that a federal judge in CA had issued a preliminary injunction blocking the CA tax return law.

But, But, But, it was barely mentioned.

The New York Times reported on Tuesday evening that according to “interviews with more than a dozen White House and administration officials directly involved in the events of that week in March. They were granted anonymity to describe sensitive conversations with the president and top officials in the government,” the President in March demanded that the U.S./Mexico Border be shut down.

The border is 2,000 miles long and advisers at the time “feared the president’s edict would trap American tourists in Mexico, strand children at schools on both sides of the border and create an economic meltdown in two countries.”

The quote the President is calling fake news.

Privately, the president had often talked about fortifying a border wall with a water-filled trench, stocked with snakes or alligators, prompting aides to seek a cost estimate. He wanted the wall electrified, with spikes on top that could pierce human flesh. After publicly suggesting that soldiers shoot migrants if they threw rocks, the president backed off when his staff told him that was illegal. But later in a meeting, aides recalled, he suggested that they shoot migrants in the legs to slow them down. That’s not allowed either, they told him.

If “fraudulently fabricating a statement,” is worth resignation how come the President hasn’t resigned?

The mock-up call was released by the White House. It’s not a full transcript of the call, it’s a rough idea.

In the mock-up the President of Ukraine says, “we are almost ready to buy more Javelins from the United States for defense purposes.”

In the mock-up the President of the U.S. says, “I would like you to do us a favor though.”

As a reminder the rough idea of the telephone call was released by the White House.

That’s how come this is called an impeachment inquiry, not an actual impeachment, yet.

IMO they don’t have to meet the impeachment standard, President Trump himself, has based on his attempt to Obstruct the Mueller Investigation which is detailed in Volume 2 of the Mueller Report.

He again met that impeachable standard by demanding a foreign country in return for our continued military support investigate his politic rival former Vice President Joe Biden, which is detailed in his tweets, and the mock-up phone call.

How silly of us to believe that the President would you know attempt to threaten something of value “401K’s” in exchange for something he wants of value.

Yep. No quid pro quo to be found at all…..

Impeachment is how our founders tried to protect us, “we the people,” from corrupt Presidents. An inquiry into whether or not the President has in fact committed impeachable offenses is required by the House. His phone call, the Whistleblower complaint, the attempted obstruction of justice detailed in volume 2 of the Mueller report. All meet the standard to launch an impeachment inquiry.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

As Snip Bytes reported on Tuesday, Pompeo sent the Committees conducting the investigation under the umbrella of House Impeachment Inquiry, a letter that said, they would not allow those former and current State Department officials to be questioned.

The Wall Street Journal was the first to report that Pompeo was on the call between President Trump and President Zelensky.

He confirmed for reporters that he was on the call, on Wednesday.

During an interview with Martha Raddatz he dodged questions regarding the Ukrainian call.
