The House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) filed the House Judiciary Committee Impeachment Report along with the two Articles of Impeachment on Sunday night ahead of the full House vote expected sometime this week.

READ THE TRANSCRIPTS! The Impeachment Hoax is the greatest con job in the history of American politics! The Fake News Media, and their partner, the Democrat Party, are working overtime to make life for the United Republican Party, and all it stands for, as difficult as possible!

Transcripts =’s TELECON Memorandum that cautions reader that it “is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion.
To read the Memorandum of the two calls, one dated April 21st, and the other from July 25th, between President Trump and President Zelensky of the Ukraine, you can do so here, and here. Both Memorandum’s contain the same warning.
United Republican Party =’s the Republican National Committee.
He means they are United behind himself.
I look very much forward to debating whoever the lucky person is who stumbles across the finish line in the little watched Do Nothing Democrat Debates. My record is so good on the Economy and all else, including debating, that perhaps I would consider more than 3 debates…..
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 16, 2019
….The problem is that the so-called Commission on Presidential Debates is stacked with Trump Haters & Never Trumpers. 3 years ago they were forced to publicly apologize for modulating my microphone in the first debate against Crooked Hillary. As President, the debates are up…
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 16, 2019
….to me, and there are many options, including doing them directly & avoiding the nasty politics of this very biased Commission. I will make a decision at an appropriate time but in the meantime, the Commission on Presidential Debates is NOT authorized to speak for me (or R’s)!

On December 12th, the New York Times published an article regarding the upcoming Presidential general elections debate between he and the Democratic nominee for President.
According to two people familiar with the discussions, “President Trump is discussing with his advisers the possibility of sitting out the general election debates in 2020 because of his misgivings about the commission that oversees them.”
From the article:
Less of a concern for Mr. Trump than who will emerge as the Democratic nominee is which media personality will be chosen as the debate moderator, according to people in contact with him.
At a state-of-the-race campaign briefing in Arlington, Va., the president’s advisers declined to comment on what their plan was for the debates. One senior adviser to the president seemed to wince at the question, and said it was not something advisers were prepared to discuss until next year.

According to the nonprofit organization Commission on Presidential Debates statement issued on September 30th, 2016, there was a tech-glitch with then-Candidate Trump’s microphone during the first debate between he and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
Their whole statement is one sentence long.
Regarding the first debate, there were issues regarding Donald Trump’s audio that affected the sound level in the debate hall.

As announced on October 11, 2019, CPD has selected four distinguished universities to host the 2020 presidential and vice presidential debates, and those universities are already hard at work on these important civic education forums.
The CPD will announce additional details about the 2020 general election debates, including format and moderators, in 2020. All debates will start at 9:00 PM ET and will run for 90 minutes without commercial interruption. My family and friends and I — we laughed and we cried, we cried a lot. I wish Richard was here to see this… My mom, I think, described it best, ‘It was almost like going to his funeral and feeling those same emotions… me and my family are grieving again. But we’re happy for him but its very, very difficult.
