It’s Wednesday aka Earth Day.

For Earth Day President Impeached has tweeted 8 times and *retweeted 5 times*

*There were 8 new tweets for me this morning when I logged in, I can’t be sure when he actually retweeted as the time stamp is from when the tweet was originally posted.*

Reminds us that he watches Fox & Friends.

Announces that his announced Executive Order suspending immigration into our “Country,” will be signed today, while also reminding us that he’s watching Fox & Friends.

President Impeached announced on Monday night via tweet that he would be issuing an EO to suspend immigration, asked at Tuesday’s campaign rally about his EO, the Impeached President said he wants “citizens to get jobs.”

During his opening statement President Impeached explained the EO will only apply to those applying for Green Cards, temporary entry immigrates will not be impacted by the 60 day pause.

It appears he paused watching Fox & Friends to wish gossip columnist and writer Cindy Adams a happy 90th birthday…

Two days early, according to Google her birthday is April 24th. She was born in 1930.

Resumes watching Fox & Friends says special care will always be given to our “beloved seniors,” expect for himself.

If I had to guess the mind of President Crazy, I’d guess the “expect me,” connected to the special care of our seniors is based on two things, “expect me,” I’m not old, “expect me,” the media treats me a senior horribly! And yes, both things can be true.

Asked during Tuesday’s campaign rally about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s (R) decision to reopen hair salons and tattoo parlors as early as next week and how you safely social distance at either of those types of businesses, Dr. Birx said, “people can be very creative.”

Earlier in the event President Impeached was asked how do you keep people in South Carolina safe, from what might be bad decisions in Georgia, President Impeached praised the Republican Governor, adding that some states are in “really great shape.”

Still watching Fox & Friends President Impeached announces military action.

On April 15th, the U.S. 5th Fleet posted a video of Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards vessels harassing U.S. naval vessels in International waters.

Politico reported that when asked for a comment regarding President Impeached tweet, the Navy spokesperson referred all questions to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and U.S. Central Command. They did not respond to a request for comment.

They quote an Iranian Armed Forces spokesperson as saying, “Today, instead of bullying others, the Americans should put all their efforts toward saving those members of their forces who are infected with coronavirus,” according to the ISNA news agency.

Michael Mulroy the former Pentagon Middle East policy chief, who left the position in December told Politico, “The U.S. Navy has clear rules of engagement issued by the chain of command and reviewed to ensure they are consistent with all applicable laws of the sea and armed conflict,” he added, “Any Iranian actions that directly threatens our naval vessels and their crew will be dealt with based on those rules of engagement.”

Mulroy says the U.S. has not defined harassment as a “direct threat,” adding, “we would be shooting at a lot of Russian planes,” he noted, referring to regular incidents of Russian jets buzzing U.S. aircraft.”

“shoot down and destroy gunboats.”

And one more…

He moves on to mock Democratic Presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden.

From the Washington Post; In a subsequent tweet, Trump suggested that his administration would adopt a tougher posture toward such incidents than the Obama administration had.

After a Google search, my guess, is the Post is correct and President Impeached was making a reference to, Biden’s stance while serving as Vice President under former President Obama.

President Impeached moves on to bash the media.

America Bridge 21st Century, a Democratic Super Pac, posted an ad titled Trust, on April 17th.

Glenn Kessler Washington Post Fact-checker gave the ad two Pinocchios.

Thirty-second attack ads are not often known for nuance. But this one goes awry when it suggests that Trump shipped to China protective gear that belonged to Americans. These were donations by private charities and public companies at a time when the U.S. case count was still low.

Kessler Washington Post. 4/22/2020.

Kessler points out that the State Department did tout the shipment of donated supplies, which the State Department was simply shipping to China.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo issued a press release on February 7th, 2020.

This week the State Department has facilitated the transportation of nearly 17.8 tons of donated medical supplies to the Chinese people, including masks, gowns, gauze, respirators, and other vital materials.  These donations are a testament to the generosity of the American people.

Today, the United States government is announcing it is prepared to spend up to $100 million in existing funds to assist China and other impacted countries, both directly and through multilateral organizations, to contain and combat the novel coronavirus.  This commitment – along with the hundreds of millions generously donated by the American private sector – demonstrates strong U.S. leadership in response to the outbreak.

This assistance only adds to what the United States has done to strengthen health security programs around the world.  For the last 20 years, the United States through USAID has invested over one billion dollars to strengthen the capacity of more than 25 countries to prevent, detect, and respond to existing and emerging infectious disease threats.

Since 2015, under our commitment to the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), this support has helped improve surveillance and laboratory systems, risk communication, outbreak response, and address the rising threat of anti-microbial resistance.
The United States is and will remain the world’s most generous donor.

We encourage the rest of the world to match our commitment.  Working together, we can have a profound impact to contain this growing threat.

State Department. 02/07/2020.

Biegun’s comments regarding the donations and $100 million in existing funds used to assist China comes around the 2 minute and 11 second mark.

Kessler does note that the 2 Pinocchio’s was closer to 3, but because the ad focuses on “shipment,” he gave the misleading ad 2.

The line in the ad is carefully, even cleverly, worded, keeping it just shy of the Three Pinocchio mark. But it’s misleading enough to earn Two Pinocchios.

Kessler Washington Post. 04/22/2020.

In keeping with the fake news theme, President Impeached says the CDC Director, Robert Redfield was misquoted and a correction of the misquote would be issued soon.

He @’d CNN. The quote came from an interview Redfield gave to the Washington Post. CNN simply reported what the newspaper said he said.

A second coronavirus outbreak could emerge this winter in conjunction with the flu season to make for an even more dire health crisis, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told The Washington Post in an interview.

CNN. 04/21/2020.

Robert Redfield CDC director as quoted by Lena Sun a health reporter with the Washington Post.

There’s a possibility that the assault of the virus on our nation next winter will actually be even more difficult than the one we just went through.

And when I’ve said this to others, they kind of put their head back, they don’t understand what I mean.

We’re going to have the flu epidemic and the coronavirus epidemic at the same time

Washington Post. 04/21/2020.

In the same interview Redfield stressed the importance of bringing back businesses that have shut down in light of the coronavirus pandemic slowly while the public continues to practice social distancing and protection from the virus, such as continuing to wear face covers, and washing our hands.

The tweet was issued two hours ago, and I have not seen a statement regarding Redfield’s comments to the Post.

Preview of the upcoming rally that’s scheduled for 5 p.m. D.C. time.

To celebrate Earth Day, the Impeached President along with the First Lady, attending a tree planting ceremony.

There is a rally planned for this evening at 5 DC time.

This post might be updated within reason.
