It’s Friday aka a Good Day for some Day Drinking.

For a Good Day for some Day Drinking President impeached has not tweeted so far. At 8:09 a.m. CA, time it’s been 14 hours since the last President Impeached tweet.

Threatens a private mask maker company explaining that they will “have a big price to pay.”

“P Act” =’s the Defense Protection Act.

According to NPR, President Impeached signed a “Defense Production Act order Thursday specifically aimed at 3M, requiring the company to prioritize orders from the U.S. government,” over foreign countries.

The large N-95 respirator makers have faced criticism for what others view as the company allowing or even encouraging profiteering during the global coronavirus pandemic.

3M offered a statement on Friday morning.

In their statement they explain that they have “been working closely with the Administration to do exactly that, and we appreciate the authorities in the DPA that provide a framework for us to expand even further the work we are doing in response to the global pandemic crisis. We look forward to working with FEMA to implement yesterday’s order.”

According to them, President Impeached has also told 3M to cease exporting respirators that are currently made in the U.S., to the Canadian and Latin markets.

The company warns against ceasing exports, stating that not only is there significant humanitarian issues, this move will likely lead to other countries retaliating by denying the U.S. imported masks.

The Administration also requested that 3M cease exporting respirators that we currently manufacture in the United States to the Canadian and Latin American markets. There are, however, significant humanitarian implications of ceasing respirator supplies to healthcare workers in Canada and Latin America, where we are a critical supplier of respirators. In addition, ceasing all export of respirators produced in the United States would likely cause other countries to retaliate and do the same, as some have already done. If that were to occur, the net number of respirators being made available to the United States would actually decrease. That is the opposite of what we and the Administration, on behalf of the American people, both seek.

As of 8:45 a.m. CA time John Hopkins reported that the U.S. now has 245,658 confirmed coronavirus cases. 6,069 people have died from the disease and 9,311 are said to be in total recovery.

It’s truly anyone’s guess when President Impeached will wrestle back his non-secure iPhone in order to tweet, yesterday he tweeted early, the day before that, he didn’t start until after 12 p.m. D.C. time. *shrug*

He’s an incumbent justice, but it’s because he was appointed to the court by former Republican Gov. Scott Walker in 2016. In an officially nonpartisan race, Kelly is the candidate supported by Republicans.
